Following the passing of our Mother, which was a difficult time for all of us, The Printed Word were recommended to us as a professional and local printing company.

Following an initial meeting with Stephen Hill and Sam Wilson, to decide on a format, Sam went on to design a beautiful Order of Service, which included a number of photographs of our mother. He was also patient enough to put up with a number of revisions, as our plans changed.

The booklets were delivered exactly on time and Sam also scanned a large number of photographs for us, which were used as a Slideshow at the wake and which went down very well with all who saw them.

I found the website a bit clunky but was able to resolve those over the phone. I found the logo on the last page over-large and they agreed to reduce it for me.

But far more importantly the overall standard is far higher than I expected especially as most of the photos produced a resolution warning.

I strongly recommend using this firm.

Excellent customer service & communication throughout. Delivery exactly when promised & lovely quality. Template is easy to follow & uploading of photos is simple. We choose the salmon pink trim & it looked really feminine. It also gives you a sense of pride completing this task for your family member. Really simple website with great templates. I uploaded my information and they did the rest! When my phone wouldn't let me log in the next day they edited the Order of Service for me over the phone and were ready the rest day. Very helpful and will certainly use them again.

I registered with 'A Loving Tribute' for my mother in-law's funeral, so that we could fully personalise the order of service.
I found the website very easy to use & there is a wide range of designs & settings to choose from.

'A Loving Tribute' produced a simply beautiful and stunning order of service for our Grandad's funeral. The design matched perfectly with our chosen photographs.
