Brilliant service from start to finish and great value. Easy to use website and templates with beautiful designs to choose from, but most impressive is the personal service and care from Anna and Sam at every step of the process. I didn’t expect this when I had opted for the make it yourself option (and already had had some very blunt replies from a couple of other similar businesses) but my queries were answered very quickly and helpfully, during a tough time for me and my family. I can’t recommend this service enough. Thank you so much Anna and Sam for helping me create a lovely order of service for my Mum’s funeral and taking away all the stress and worry about it.

My experience with A Loving Tribute was exceptional from start to finish! After sadly losing our friend and colleague suddenly we wanted to commemorate his memory into a tributes book to share with the family. The team couldn't have been more helpful! We had a short deadline which was no trouble at all and they made this as easy and seamless as possible. They provide the options and cost and I was able to send all our messages into the team who then quickly created a digital book example to review before sending out the next day. Given the sad circumstances the help and empathy i received was above my expectations and i'm truly grateful for the team for supporting.

It's always a worry when you use someone for the first time. You need not! I placed my order late Thursday evening, I got an email Friday morning as Anna had looked over my order and enhanced a photo and sorted out some spacing for me. I approved the changes and they were delivered Saturday morning. Very good quality card and I am really pleased with them. I would 100% recommend this company. Very courteous and helpful which took the stress away for me at a difficult time. Thank you.

The service provided by a living tribute was excellent, Sam made sure that I was completely happy and everything was correct before printing the order of service for my mums funeral. Delivery was extremely quick also and I was really happy with the final product

This company really went the extra mile. They coped with the many edits I asked for and once finalised they made sure I got my order on time. I dealt with a guy called Sam who made sure the bespoke order of service for my mum's funeral was perfect. He made the whole process so much easier to deal with a a time of grief.

I am so glad I found A Loving Tribute after searching many other sites. From the day I sent my template in for them to design the structure to the day I received the end product has been of the utmost professionalism. Unfortunately the mail service lost my order and I began to panic as time was running out until the day of the funeral. A Loving Tribute reprinted my order (at no extra cost) on the Friday, I received this on the Saturday and the funeral took place on the Monday. The end product was of the highest quality and looked really lovely. Never once did they make me feel in anyway responsible, they truly wanted me to receive my order in time for the funeral. I decided not to use the firm recommended by the funeral director as the price policy wasn’t clear. So glad I found this company on line. At a very difficult time they were amazing. I am most impressed with the service that I received. I had forgotten to add something to the order of service and phoned them shortly after placing my order.
The kind young man who answered the phone said that they could add the omission and would check to make sure that it hadn’t gone to print already. It hadn’t.

Anna who dealt with my request was very kind and professional. She forwarded me a proof with the amendment prior to going to print the same day. Once I had confirmed that it was as I wanted it went to print....And my order was delivered by post to me the very next day.
They even make sure that the post office know that the parcel is time critical in red letters on a large sticker on the box.

The quality is excellent and the service was five star.

I supplied a 4 page MS Word write-up and over a dozen images and Sam did a wonderful job of editing, coping with changes I requested until the perfect result on proof number 5.

I was a bit anxious re timely delivery but my 30 Softback Memory Books were despatched that day for next day delivery.

A really professional service with everything taken care of which is so important at such a difficult time getting ready for a funeral. I sent them my own design and they printed it in high quality on lovely paper. The order arrived very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I needed some help with the design of the order of service for my father’s funeral. Ethan was there on hand to give support and several drafts later the booklets wete complete and I was delighted with the end result. Just want to add , Ethan was easy to communicate with online and on the phone and when he was not available Sam help me as well. Great team spirit.
