Ordered 2 downlighters. Received one a couple of days later. Attempted to contact via email and phone on a number of occasions to report the missing item with no response.
Not recommended.

Ordered items for work over two weeks ago and despite calling and emailing have not received them, or an estimated delivery date.

Have now referred to Trading Standards to investigate their practice of taking money and not fulfilling orders or refunding (including ignoring communications). I have also filed a complaint to the Insolvency Service and would recommend anyone else who previously used this company to do the same - this is how you make a complaint about a limited company (which they are) as per the Companies House website. Their company number is 11270316 and they are showing as active on the register, with accounts due in a few months time.

All I received from allspares123.com was a notification of payment, no item, no email in response to my emails nothing, must be a scam website. should be removed from google search. Somehow I have to get my money back from the credit card company, Just glad I used my creditcard. Great idea for a scam though as most people will just give up getting their money back.

SIte is a scam.

Try get a refund through your bank if you ordered.

Paid for goods, waited a week and the website still said processing. Tried multiple times to contact them and got no replies. Had to go through my bank to get a refund. AVOID

Do not order...took payment nothing confirmed, sent or received. Tried calling no answer, emailed, no answer...in the process of PayPal claim

i placed an order but after many days its still processing.they did not responed any email and any call.fully scam and this company needs to be shut down

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I ordered a 12 pack of Stardops Power Clean Ammonia on the 8th May 2023 & I immediately received confirmation that my order was being processed.
2 weeks later I hadn't received my order. I left 2 voice messages & sent 2 emails & still haven't had a reply (3rd July 2023) Luckily I used my credit card so my bank has been able to refund me & my account has been credited. If I could give zero stars I would. By the amount of awful reviews I think Trading Standards need to investigate Allspares123.

Not had product, not had response , total rip off , not had money back

Ordered from them for quick delivery. After a week, I had heard nothing from them, so emailed them. After two weeks I had still had no response and emailed them again. I have now raised a dispute with my bank since they took payment and have not delivered or responded. It seems that I am not alone in this. Time for Trading Standards to get involved.

Wish I'd read this before. Someone needs to visit them. Such wasters!!

Can’t give a zero. Ordered 9/4/23 no delivery received not answering calls and not replying to emails. Just went through PayPal for refund which I got automatically so they must be bad. Stay clear

Only gave one star because can't give none. Delivery was OK but the item was not what had been ordered. I wanted a genuine Rangemaster Knob which cost £12.25 but was sent a cheaper plastic knob - about £3.00 cost. Have returned this but awaiting some response from company.

As a new customer I placed and paid for order including a delivery charge to have the goods delivered within 5-7 days. I received a very scant invoice confirming my order and this is the one and only communication I have received.
After my goods didn't arrive in the timeframe expected I sent an email requesting advice/tracking details and received no response.
The website indicates waiting 3 weeks before raising issue of non-received goods.
Allowing for this, I sent another email again to which I again received no response.
I also called (the number on company website) several times in the process but to no avail as it went to voicemail and needless to say I have not received a response...
As I paid with paypal I can acquire a refund so I will not be out of pocket but I would recommend others give this company a very wide berth...

Strongly recommend you stay clear of these cowboys.
Ordered small item, did not arrive, have emailed them twice, they don't bother replying.
1 star as there is no option for a zero rating.
Just look at their reviews, say no more.

I placed an order for an item back in September 2022 and have yet to receive the item or a refund.
Sadly I can't give a rating of zero stars...

Ordered 15 Energizer torches but received 12 different torches that weren't ordered. We left voice mail messages on the contact number provided on the website. Sent emails using the provided address and also used the messaging service via the website but all have gone unanswered.
The website states that a return can be initiated by clicking the returns tab within the order details page but there is no such tab.
The products we received are genuine items, all in original packaging plus our order arrived in good time but they aren't the items we ordered and the customer service is just none existent.
For those reasons we would not recommend this company to anyone!!!

Awful communication after receiving a damaged item - luckily I purchased using a popular auction site who got involved to resolve. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless you like someone holding you lonely ransom for near a month and ignores your messages.

Terrible service - ordered products from website 14 days later still listed as ‘Processing’ - followed up with emails and phone calls as items needed urgently - no reply and no communication. Requested refund - still no communication
