Very slow delivery and wrong item sent, comms were good until I asked for a refund and now they are not responding, if you want your item quickly and want the correct item I would advise to go elsewhere. A week tomorrow and I’m worse off then where I started with no correct part and I have to chase them for my money back now. This is the second order from this company and the first one I got an email the next day saying it’s not in stock and they have refunded me. Maybe just my luck but I’ve not had any good experience with this company.

I received a very friendly and professional response to my query. The staff I spoke with knew exactly how to help me and took time to explain this. They supplied a high quality part within a couple of days and with no fuss. Would definitely use allmowerparts.co.uk again and am happy to recommend them.

Such a refreshing change to deal with a company so on the ball who responds straight away to the slightest query. Which is instantly followed up by action, rectifying everything they can. Definitely 5 Star Company

I wanted a replacement blade for my Flymo lawn mower and looked at this site. I found it helpful to work out which one I wanted, because they listed the part number as per Flymo. Apart from it being much much cheaper than anywhere else, another clue that it was not a genuine Flymo part was that the description said "Brand new replacement 35cm metal lawnmower cutting blade suitable for Flymo Hover Compact 350". So I obviously knew and know that it was not an 'actual' Flymo part. I'm sure that they do sell genuine part replacements - but customers (in my view) need to read the text or ask! Having made my purchase, I must admit that I thought it might have been a 24hrs delivery, but then again, with free delivery? Anyway I got it 8 days later. Now, given that they sell such a wide range of items, it seems unlikely that everything will be 'on the shelf', so that they may well, on occasions, be a hostage to other manufacturing suppliers. To conclude, I have written them three emails over a period of 8 days and they have responded almost within 24 hrs. So for me, even having read some of the one star reviews, would say that in my view, they are a good company, with an excellent customer service - and I will be a returning customer. Orderd parts for my lawnmower over two weeks ago , still have not turned up .
I have tried 3 emails to this company with no reply .
I have left 4 voice mails no reply .
Phone line directs straight to answer machine .
No way to talk to anyone .
Avoid this company at all costs , go somewhere that you can get in contact with someone that can sort out issues .
Stay clear !

Really helpful and quick service

This company have been great to deal with . I initially ordered the incorrect drive belt for a lawn tractor due to limited information on the vehicle . AMP showed great patience on helping me identify the correct part and are refunding the initial wrongly ordered one . Communication via email was good and I will use this company now for all the future parts that I will need.

Prompt response to my initial enquiry regarding the correct part. Ordered it straight away, and it arrived in 2 days. I fitted it in 20 minutes and the mower's starting problem is solved! All in all really pleased with AMP.

Fantastic service, very helpful, I had a blade that was not available but they advised on an equivalent which is perfect, good product and prompt delivery, would definitely use again.

I ordered replacement chains for my chain saw from AMP. I did not need to use them for 6-8 weeks after I received them. When I did, I found they were too small. I contacted AMP who without hesitation sent me the correct size. Truly excellent and helpful service

I can only praise AMP for the fast and very helpful response to my query about a mower engine part. The part arrived as described and the bonus of free postage. Many thanks AMP.

All Mower Parts have given great customer service. After ordering the wormg blade twice, they took both back and then researched on my behalf to find the right blade and supplied it to me. Really helpful!
