Warning, if my experience is anything to go by, do not have anything to do with this company.
Placed an order for a Mountfield RS100 Recoil Starter Unit (Order number 145090/020824/03.) on 2/Aug. Delivery was promised within 5 working days. Contacted them again on 8/Aug by email. Their response was “Trouble with IT, all outstanding orders will be sent by 9/Aug. Delivery expected between 12/Aug and 16/Aug.” Nothing has arrived. Company will not answer phone today. Have left voice mail. I suspect the company is no longer trading. I am going to contact my bank to try and get my money back.

I ordered a strimmer part and got a message saying that I would receive the item within four days. After nearly ten days with no delivery or tracking information, I tried calling the company but their message box was full. This started alarm bells ringing. I then discovered other customer review sites stating people had not received their purchases. I also read one review saying that the company has now ceased trading, although there is no confirmation of this on the Companies House website. Luckily I paid with PayPal and they have refunded me..

Very poor service.
They sent me one chainsaw chain rather than the two I ordered, yet my invoice clearly stated two. They charged me for two.
They have not responded to my email and a telephone call went straight to voicemail and has elicited no reply.

Having struggled with many Mower part Companies to find the replacement belt I needed ,and received awful service I consider myself very fortunate to have found allmowerparts.co.uk
Andrew could not have been more helpful and within 10 minutes had sent me a complete parts list and the elusive belt was ordered and is on its way. I will now be using them for all my garden machinery parts .
Great service and I recommend 100%.

I have an old Mcculloch ride on lawnmower, and when I broke the alley housing I wasn't sure where to go to. That's when I came across All Mower Parts, who despite being bombarded with lots of questions, they were incredibly responsive and providing me with useful links for all the parts I needed. With the new blades, belt, and housing coming in at just over £100 I am now looking forward to not only finishing the lawn, but also resting easy knowing these guys are just an email away if i was to run into problems again. Excellent service, highly recommended 👌

Ordered a part a week ago. No delivery,No Update, No customer service to speak to. Phone goes to voicemail.

Went out of their way to sort out a problem new part which other companies were unable to do. Highly recommended.

Fast and efficient customer service and product good quality at very competitive price

The mower had chewed up the old drive belt so I didn't have anything to measure against for a replacement. The guys were very helpful identifying the right part number, size and type of belt required as a replacement.

I enquired about a stone guard for my lawnmower. we agreed the part, it was sent but was not the correct one. Thereafter, allmowerparts made exceptional efforts to identify the correct part and get it to me. They were determined to correct the error and communications were prompt and pertinent. I ordered the wrong replacement part online for a ride on mower. On discovering this, I contacted All Mower Parts who responded promptly by helping me to identify the correct part and also immediately offering a return and refund for the incorrect belt I had ordered. Excellent service and parts competitively priced.

I wanted reassurance about ordering a part so I sent an email, they called me back to discuss the part and we even did the order over the phone. Great service.

Order delivered missing an item.Contacted Amp and the person was very apologetic and without any quibble sent missing item next day.All in all a great service, quality parts and great prices.
