Allen Computer Services Ltd Arvostelua

I have had excellent repair and help for my lap top. I have had very good tuitoring and guidance through problems. With their help I have avoided a scam. They have been patient and understanding. I recommend Allen Computer Services to all my friends.

Always ready to come to my aid no matter how small the problem is!

Honest advice, quick service, trusted time and again, have already recommended to friends and family,

Excellent set up and aftercare from Tom ( I think that is the correct name} which is essential. Thank you.

Maybe the owner (name escapes me again} is a little bit irritable at times on a bad day!!!!!

Always helpful, and informative, and never condescending to a silly lady (me) who often gets it wrong!!!
Excellent after sales service, and always willing to help if you have a problem. I have recommended them to many friends.

Excellent - no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone

Professional and knowledgeable. Allen computer services fixed my problem from the comfort of my home by remote accessing my laptop. Good prices too compared to Curry’s etc.

I have found Allen Computer Services to be responsive at all levels, albeit my personal level is very low as far as technology is concerned, which is precisely why I have been very pleased with their service which is always delivered with a great deal of patience along with speedy delivery.
I don't recall however ever having a cup of tea provided so perhaps there is an elite group of customers.
Thanks for your help thus far.

Great - Tom was hugely patient and explanatory, and with help from Fiona I am learning the ropes by doing it. Though I expect there will be things I shall have to consult Tom about in the future! Many thanks, Jonathan,

I would have given five stars but an unfortunate bit of trouble shooting ended with the problem (memory battery failed) costing over £50.
