Order a 9.5cm roor diffuser and waited ages for it from Germany only for Royal Mail to screw up and lose it when it came here, these guys have went above and beyond to sort this and I got exactly what I ordered quicker than expected and they threw in a free t-shirt, cannot recommend and thank the team enough.

When I go online to look for cannabis seeds they have the best pricing, very large number of reputable seed banks to choose from, website is brilliant and easy to navigate. Most importantly to me... Ali Bongo seeds is the only seed bank where I found everything I wanted this year. Trying to get the word out to people so they stop wasting their time someplace else. Was my main head shop due to their prices on bulk rolling papers, been using for a few years. Orders all received with no issues, packaged correctly etc. and they're NOT a scam website, but it's not been an entirely positive experience.
Their website is glacially slow and sometimes goes down while I'm trying to make an order, but the dealbreaker for me is that their no.1 grinders are fake. Very bad fakes, I noticed immediately before even opening it this morning. Not going to return it because the postage would be more than it's worth. If you don't care about counterfeit then Alibongo are probably reliable, but I find it extremely outrageous and don't want to support/endorse counterfeit products, so I'll be finding a new headshop soon.
