Faulty item, sent videos etc so its clear to all there is a problem. They don't want to replace it so dragging their feet, probably hoping i will go away. Post sales support is terrible, be warned

Expected UK delivery from a .co.uk business but it seems to come via the EU with customs etc to wait for.

BTC payment had a minimum spend so couldn't use that. Amex also didn't work.

Tracking number provided has no link to a website for tracking. So had to google the courier which ended up taking me a to a partner website which finally allowed me to track my parcel.

I ordered a Black Leaf bong. I never ordered outside of the United States before and I was a little worried about the process. International shipping is slow but I wasn't in any hurry. The bong arrived in one piece. It was well packaged and the quality was excellant. I would not hesitate to order again!

I’ll update it once I hear anything back or if my parcel arrives. Sent out 3 emails because it says “shipped” but the tracking number they provided does not work with any company and they’ve not been bothering replying to my emails. Don’t bother replying to this review asking for me to email you because you never reply. Probably just a website that turned into one big scam.

EDIT:
Parcel arrived after 10 days more less, the tracking they provided was a big issue to follow the parcel at the start. Only really provided proper tracking a week after dispatchment, it roughly took about 11-12 days to arrive in UK.

The pressure thing doesn't work. Thought it would be nice small bong, I guess not.

I was very excited to receive this item but after the first two uses (following instructions) it stopped working! The rolling band would block and the tabaco would shoot out the top :( very disappointed

Terrible experiences with this company! MAIN ISSUE WITH GRASSCITY:
Bought an attachment as a present for a friend and the glass is defective.. was moulded BADLY like amateur level! It didnt fit a standard 14.4mm part. Upon emaling them to replace this as its 100% there item is defective they replied:
Sadly, since the item has been used already, you can no longer return it, and we cannot provide replacement for this item.

WHAT A JOKE YOU HAVE TO OPEN AND TRY IT TO CHECK THE FUNCTIONALITY WHICH WAS FLAWWED TERRIBLE CHEAP COMPANY THAT WILL PRETEND THEY ARE UK BASED AND SEND YOU ITEMS FROM FRANCE WHEN THEY GET TIME TO SHIP IT few days later … DO NOT USE OR RECOMMEND NOW WHAT A JOKEEEE

Ordered a large glass piece on Sunday night, it arrived at Saturday lunch time. From Holland to England in 5 and a half days total. Piece was well wrapped and packaged, all good.

Awesome experience for me I ordered some filters I got exactly what I wanted and they sent me a little goodie bag had rolling papers roach clip and a grinder thanks alot.

Would give one but I know it's thare delivery service that's F###ing them up ordered on the 20th October have emailed them no reply tried phoning and phone won't Evan ring becoming verry angry with lack of communication orderd and the website grass city have claimed its sent but the delivery services has seid that thay havent received it yet this is all with tracking that I had to pay extra for that doesn't work clearly at this point it's been 15 days and it's not posted it's supost to be hear in less time than it's taken to be posted like I say the costumer support is shocking and new delivery servis is a joke I'd take my money back and order elsewhere but can't Evan so that as support won't reply

Update got a reply finally back from them from the 27th till the 6th for them to tell me thares been a problem and would I like to pick another item from thare store for the same value as it was last in stock and shipping error ( not sure if broke or over sold or what but verry let down)
Waiting on refund as thare is no outher product I won't that's not 3 times the price and I DO NOT TRUST ordering something more exspensive after this complete wates of my timewhen thay could have just told me straight away and would not have been any ware near as upset 20th October till 6th of November to be told that messed up is a joke

Awful service.
Ordered a gift for a birthday, arrived to late and the company have stopped responding to me. I had to buy another so I am now stuck with a £150 item I no longer need…. Customer service not responding to numerous email… definitely won’t use again

Product is 10/10 very happy with it, delivery took 2 weeks however this is due to Asendia, their couriers fault.

Customer Service was also 10/10 would recommend if you don’t mind slow delivery

Grasscity.co.uk has THE worst delivery time in the world. It took 16 days for my item to be delivered even though i ordered of a uk domain. It would be quicker to order of off the .com domain! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE unless you want to be sat waiting for your order for up to a month. Awful service. Use websites like alibongo and eapollo instead! Much quicker and better

I haven't received my item but my payment went through. When tracking my package it said it was returned to sender but I haven't heard anything since.

Two weeks and delivery is still pending - extremely unprofessional and unreliable company. Use any other company if you actually want your product, as i have been waiting for ever, with no response from the company.
