Alcura UK Arvostelua 

Iv been on hold for 3 hours today, after half our it just cuts off.
Regardless of what options you choose. Iv filled out a online form,press submit and nothing.
I don't know how a company can operate in this manner when.
These meds are for my child, imagin the stress a older person would be put thru in this situation.

I have been ringing daily for a week been on hold for over 25 mins being told my call is important!. Nobody answers and when you request a call back you don't get one. I did that twice 2 days ago and daily every other day. I have submitted a contact response and I have emailed. I have a co dirion that is triggered by stress. I fly out on holiday in a few days and looks like I'll have to go without my medication. Don't worry Alcura, I am fully insured in case I get ill 😡
Edited: I received a call from Alcura within a couple of hours of posting this review. I am used to rolling out big projects. Whoever has been involved in this needs to face disciplinary action for failing people so badly. I am not the only person

am trying to book a delivery which has become urgent .have lost count of times I have tried to speak on the phone to no avail .the online contact form has a fault as it won'y accept my date of birth so will not send . What can I ?

I've been waiting over 3 weeks for my medication. When I try to call, all I get is a recorded message. To call the service poor would be generous. It's more non-existent.

Update: Alcura responded to this review with a generic message suggesting I contact them via email. I’d already done that already but they never responded.

I would like to say how fabulous Mario & Victo were when they came to visit my son.

They were both exceptionally professional and put my whole family at ease. What could have been a hard emotional time was made fun. We felt full confidence in both their abilities.

Mario as a trainer is unbelievable - he goes that extra mile and he clearly loves his job - his true vocation. My family look forward to seeing them again!!!!

Please can you pass on our thanks and I would love this review to be seen by management - we need more Mario’s and Victos in our life. They did not rush or put us under any pressure at all.

Although I am usually not one to leave a review, I felt it was important to take the to time to feedback the pleasure I had of speaking with Emilia where she was able to settle any concerns that I had and also ensured that I left the call happy and content with my queries.

Olivia was very thoughtful and took time to explain in great detail what the procedure would entail. She had a lovely pleasant manner and personality. She was very tidy and worked efficiently which made me feel at ease. Everything went smoothly without any problems or complications. We look forward to welcoming her as a friend going forward.

I have been receiving delivery of my injections since March this year and everything has gone smoothly, so very pleased with the service. For example, I emailed them regarding my next delivery and had a reply within 15 minutes with dates. Customer Service on the phone also excellent, couldn’t be more helpful and pleasant. At the beginning of my course, I had a query, rang the Migraine Helpline and a nurse promptly rang me back and reassured me. All in all, I am very happy with Alcura.

We can’t praise this company enough. Our daughter has infusions which were every two weeks. They are now 8 weekly. Kathy has seen her through it all with her cheerful and funny disposition which is exactly what’s needed with such a serious condition. If it wasn’t for these angels coming she would have to spend so much time going to hospital. We’ve had other nurses too when covering and they have all been amazing. Thank you all from the bottom of hearts for all you do. 😀

I have had a fantastic experience with Alcura. Every couple of weeks one of the nurses comes to our house to give my twins their injections. She is so lovely towards them and caring I would definitely recommend this company.

Our nurse Kathie is wonderful. She is caring, gentle and friendly and organises appointments to help fit around school which is brilliant. When she is unable to come, another nurse is scheduled to take over and calls us in advance. Thank you for all you do.

I have had to call the team to arrange an urgent delivery of medication for my son, due to circumstances outside of my control. They were absolutely fantastic and went out of their way to make sure we got the medication as quickly as possible. Thank you so much! Also the team are always super helpful every time I need to arrange a delivery. A pleasure to deal with.

Rosie and the other nurses my son has couldn't be more wonderful! They are amazing at what they do and very personable

Alison comes to our home every 2 weeks to give our daughter an injection. She is great and has made getting the injection an easy process. She definitely goes out of her way to help - and now our daughter wants to be Alison and give injections when she grows up!!

Our 3 boys need injections every 2 weeks for the foreseeable. We have a regular nurse called Alison. She is amazing. She always makes the boys laugh which makes us feel at ease while she is here. We honestly couldn’t ask for better nurse! Thank you Alison

Unacceptable. No communication. Always have to chase them to get my monthly medication delivered. I’ve made a formal complaint in the past and absolutely nothing changes. It’s bad enough being unwell and having to take medication but this makes it much worse.

I had a few issues with the admin team with communication and sorting out my appointment for my intro and loading dose. However, Shelly, the nurse on call when I phoned was so quick to resolve. I received a call from Sheetal the same night and she came this evening to deliver my first dose and show me how to administer. She was so kind, chatty and is a credit to your team. Thanks for going above and beyond to ensure I could start my much needed treatment!

He is very good and helps us a lot calm my daughter down by bringing gifts and stickers we like him a lot

My daughter needs injections every two weeks for the past year and a half and for the foreseeable. We have Naomi come out to us. She is fab… shes so friendly, caring, professional and has a lot of patience to deal with my daughter who absolutely hates needles. She is also great at working around my work schedule too which is so so helpful with the sector of work I’m in.

I see rose every two months and couldn't recommend enough. So friendly and makes it all so simple.
