Beställde en skintag remover för 199kr fick en trasig och en räkning på 400kr. Dom går inte o få tag i. Försökt maila men får att mailen inte finns.
Så en liten varning jag gick på det hoppas ingen annan går på samma bluff. Det står dessutom att det tar 3-7 arbetsdagar jag väntade i 24 dagar

Noone is ever there to answer the phones! After hanging on and listening to Muzak and being told how important my call was , I was then told I would be called back. Never happened. This was in connection with my chemo treatment!

I had the pleasure of meeting John Goldie today, who travelled a long way to provide me with training on my Accofil stem cell injections. He took the time to explain everything clearly and demonstrated how to administer the injections, making sure I felt confident and comfortable before he left. John was incredibly friendly, kind, and professional throughout the visit. He was patient with my questions and made a (potentially) daunting and unfamiliar experience feel straightforward and reassuring. His knowledge and compassionate approach was greatly appreciated. Thank you, John, for your excellent care and support!

Sheetal was fantastic. I was extremely nervous and she put me at ease. She is calm, professional and kept me distracted so I didn’t end up in a stress spiral. Crohn’s pain and trauma from previous Humira injections meant I’ve never injected into my abdomen. That was until my last session with Sheetal today. Thanks to Sheetal, I’m now confident and unfazed when administering my medication.

I have waited for a while for my hospital to dispense my medication. Alcura advised when I could take delivery and the date taken the delivery was A1

John from Alcura was very professional, knowledgeable and put me at ease. As this was the first time I had to inject myself with medication for my migraines. I would highly recommend John he was a very warm and friendly person and he reassured me telling me know question was a silly question and I could give him and the team a phone call at any time. Thank you John for your kindness and reassurance.

Medication has always been delivered on time and Sheetal visited me on 3 occasions to guide me on self injection Skyrizi . Sheetal was brilliant . She always kept me informed of arrival times and any delays due to traffic. We had some great little chats and I always looked forward to her visits. A very professional friendly lovely lady, thank you .

If your hospital offers home delivery from this company REFUSE IT for the following reasons:-
1. Customer service rings you from a variety of phone numbers not the company’s main one.
2. I’ve yet to speak to a staff member whose first language was English.
3 There delivery vans do not have satnav so hope your driver has a recent phone.
4 Customer service is fine if you speak Urdu!!!
5 Don’t expect to get to speak to anyone in management there all unavailable and non contactable.
6. It’s Alcura policy to leave delivery’s till the last minute, you can get it delivered to your local pharmacy but the customer is expected to do all the running around to achieve this !!!

If I could give them zero, I would. They make mistakes over and over again they don’t seem to learn from their mistakes or put procedures in place to avoid them happening again. I am on a Delivery every three months and I’ve been on the same dose of medication for years and yet every three months I have to contact the company because I’ve run out and then they deliver either way too much consumables or nothing at all, so I can’t administer my injection. I’ve made formal complaints before and nothing changes. I wish I could go to another company but I can’t. They have made me miss my medication and so side-effects because it’s late. It is bad enough having the condition I’m having this medication before without all this inconvenience and stress.

My son has been receiving fortnightly injections of ‘burosumab’ for his XLH since he was 2 years of age, with help from Alcura.
I cannot begin to say how grateful I am for every individual within Alcura that has seen my son, or who we have had contact with. Everyone is professional, but also so nurturing and friendly. The communication I receive is fantastic, from everyone. The whole company are so reliable.
Leandro, my son’s nurse is incredible. My son feels so comfortable and confident around him, due to his gentle nature and nurturing personality. It is so clear how much Leandro cares for his patients. I am so grateful he is my son’s nurse, he is truly amazing.

Initially by deliveries from Alcura were average, they are now decidedly bad.
Given a delivery time of between 11am & 1pm it was then changed to between 1pm & 3pm at short notice.
I have now lost a day's pay and still no sign of my medication being delivered.

I've just started my new medication, the nurse assisting me was called Allison and she was absolutely brilliant.

Sheetal was professional, friendly and allowed enough time to explain and answer my questions

I had the AMAZING Sheetal, who was a ray of sunshine, come over to my home yesterday to teach me how to administer the injections before my stem cell donation.
She was so kind, gentle and really informative and put me at ease!

Sheetal from Alcura came to visit us last weekend to help with administering medication. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring. Thank you so much for your help and calm guidance.

Poor experience so far (a month in).

Staff repeatedly called asking for personal information without clarifying who they are, who they are acting for or why they are calling & they would not speak to carers (I'm deaf).
They had been informed to use email, to which responses are slow or frequently misunderstood, further delaying service.
They will only deliver Mon-Fri 8-6, offering only a delivery date. Messaging an estimated two hour slot the night before does not negate needing to book the whole day off.
They require the name of the person signing, meaning it can't be delivered to work or building reception or signed for by carers without every possible staff members name being provided first.
When asked to clarify what training entailed, was provided with curt responses.
This is not miscommunication, it is a repeatedly poor service delaying medication.
Formal complaint will be logged with hospital.

Bad at responding to emails about outstanding medication. Blamed Hospital for not send a prescription and hospital advised dates when sent???
Would be much better if I could just use the hospital directly rather than NHS subcontracting services.
Now missed my 'weekly' injection date so had to seek assistance from the hospital.
