John came out to show my husband how to take his new medication. He was very friendly and told my husband and myself everything we needed to know! Could not have asked for a better nurse to come out and help! Thank you John!!

Always having to call multiple times to arrange delivery, often change delivery dates because no stock of medication and the most miserable telephone staff. This company doesn't fill you will any confidence, if I could use a local pharmacy I would.

With my new medicine I hadn't been shown how to administer it yet. The very helpful John called me to let me know it would be delivered and he then came up and assisted with very detailed instructions. He is a genuine nice guy and so polite and easy to get along with. Felt like I has known him for years. He showed me how to administer it with the dummy kit and then went over it with me when I asked just to reassure myself before I did it properly. Before he left he made sure I was happy and confident for the next one in a months time and so on. He also said that he's a phone call away if I need any assistance and being a one of a kind for this procedure he asked me to keep in touch with him to let him know how I get on too.

Less than 24 hours between hospital requesting my medication and it being delivered. Brilliant Alcura thank you

John came out on Friday to teach me how to use an injection pen that I was to start using. He was very professional and friendly he demonstrated how to use pen. I was really comfortable injecting myself with this pen after all the information and demonstration John gave me.

I’ve had to chase deliveries everytime which shouldn’t be the case. I only have one injection delivered at a time which is even more frustrating and then get asked how many I have each time(!). On the latest occasion, they claimed that they didn’t have my prescription then claimed there’s a query on it and now it’s highly likely I’m going to miss my date to administer the injection. Awful service and completely unacceptable.

Had a nurse (Sue) come to my house to show me how to inject Ajovy correctly. Sue was friendly and patient and explained everything clearly. I was not rushed and all my questions were answered. Thank you Sue.

We had a visit from John today to teach us how to use an injection pen. He arrived bang on time and was very attentive and knowledgeable. We were totally put at easy by his friendly demeanour.

I called Alcura healthcare yesterday as I was having trouble replacing the cartridge in my Movymia Pen.A lovely nurse John Goldie came out this morning to see me.John was so polite and a total gentleman he is a credit to the company.

Had my first injection today. The whole processed was great and smooth. Had a great training today off a fantastic nurse Sue. She explained everything and made me comfortable and happy with the process.

Still waiting for someone to get back to me from a complaint 5 months ago. They take ages to deliver medication.

A very well organised process throughout. Efficient communication at every stage. Fantastic training through video call and my nurse was so helpful, informative and reassuring. She really put me at ease.

The training was easy to understand and straightforward, the lady training me was very kind and made sure that I understood everything and gave me all the information I need for future reference. No complaints at all :)

Sue was very helpful and professional. She answered all my questions and made sure I was happy using the medication and explained what to do if I had a reaction and what to look out for. She really helped me feel at ease as I was a little anxious with it being the first time Id used the medication.

Had my first injection today of Ajovy
My nurse Sue made me feel so at ease she went though it step by step showing me in great detail how to injection myself and how to dispose of pen afterwards overall a very excellent experience .

This review is specifically concerning Sue (Alcura nurse), and my appointment for demonstration of the injection. Sue was very friendly, informative, and considerate during our call. I was able to use the injection with confidence, and also got a gold star from Sue for my technique! 🤣 Cannot yet comment on effectiveness of treatment as this is my first injection.

First visit
Just had a video call from Sue (Alcura nurse) who has shown me how to use my injection, she was so lovely, and the way she explained everything put me at ease straight away, I didn't need to worry 😊 thanks again Sue, truly appreciated. There was a real warmth about her, actually enjoyed our call.

Sue was really great with the training made it easy and explained it well. Has no questions as she covered everything

Alcura can't be trusted to do anything in a timely manner. I have yet to recieve a single medication order that didn't arrive after I have run out of medications ... and even then only because I have chased them. It is embarrassing just how bad they are.

Here is to the next missed deadline. I run out of medications on Wednesday and the earliest possible delivery date is Thursday, but more realistically a week on Thursday, so, like every time a delivery is due, I have another four-hour schlep to the hospital for an emergency supply of medications.
