Online ordering was easy but phone service was painful.
If it wasn't for Aus Posts, poor service goods would have arrived in a timely fashion. Once again service was excellent and as l am a repeat customer I'm a happy customer.

I haven't received my purchase. Nobody has answered my email. Terrible service,terrible communication. Will not recommend this company.

Ordered items 2 weeks ago, have tried to communicate via email and phone call, no reply via email and when calling the number was told by receptionist - we can email them for you... really just want an update, can't honestly take that long to pack and send, checked account and item still in processing.....

Package has taken longer then expected. Have waited over 2 weeks.
Emailed about it and heard nothing back.
I did not get the full kit yous give me 3 timing chains, but not timing chain kit like I ordered.

Quick delivery, reasonable price, thanks

Placed my order in August, over 2 months ago. Received half my order 6 days later. Emailed to check that the remaining item was going to be delivered and I've heard nothing back, and have received nothing. The product is not cheap so it's stressful not knowing what's happening with it. Certainly won't bother buying from this company again.

order not delivered! received an email saying product had been shipped with tracking number, but auspost says the number wasnt scanned. One week later no product, no response to my email sent and when I called was put on hold for ten minutes and then told the operator doesnt do online orders and would have someone call me back. No call back. Previously have had good experience with this supplier through ebay, but purchased direct through their online on this occasion, big mistake. Have now referred the matter to paypal to process a refund.

Edit: I see a request to call the number below........I have already done that, put on hold then told I would be called back and no return call, my number is still there perhaps you can call me?

Good to see genuine products still available although Holden no longer exist, reasonable price and postal

Initial communication was good, but had to chase to find out if it had been despatched after over a week.

Definitely disappointed, ordered a product for delivery a few weeks ago and never had any communication on it’s arrival. A notification from my bank today shows it has now been refunded however I have not been informed by the company or given any reasoning. I have tried calling with no one picking up. Was relying on this product for a 4wd trip.

Not a great experience in terms of delivery as for almost 10 days the package status wasnt showing up in Australia Post website. I did send emails requesting it to be looked at but no response. I am giving three stars only because the gentleman that I spoke with took the ownership of tracking the package and having it delivered.

That’s great..I have order one stuff..just wondering when it will delivered..because it’s showing processing till now ..I try to call and email but no response..I don’t know to whom I need to contact ..

Good quality product at a reasonable price which arrived promptly

Bought a product from them online that they said they had in stock. Don't actually know if they are out of stock or not because it is still for sale on their Web site but 2 weeks later my money had been refunded but with no reason or any correspondence.
