Great exhaust at a fantastic price
I recently picked up a Holden VZ ute, it needed a new exhaust the original unit was full of rust holes, cracked & separated joints. Quick search online & found Black Ops Performance, had exactly what I needed, a cat back exhaust for a great price. What is the one commodity we all have & do not want to waste, it's time! The original exhaust was 2 1/4" & I went for the 2 1/2" with the straight pipe rear tailpipe section, deleted the rear resonator. The exhaust system bolted straight up to the original Holden flanges & all the mounting rubbers slipped straight on, no misalignment at all. It was pretty much a straight bolt up with all new bolts & gaskets. I had to use new bolts of my own to bolt to the original cat pipes because the thread was M8 metric ISO fine & the bolts supplied were ISO course.
Now the big question how does it sound, definately louder than stock but not obnoxious loud. It has a great crisp note when you accelerate away but not to excessive that it would attract unwarented attention.
A great replacement exhaust, bolts to factory flanges & mounts, clears all undercarriage components & was at a great price. Plus shipping was also very quick, at my door in 3 days.

Exhaust sounds great
Exhaust sounds great and everything to bolt it in came in the package. Only bad thing about it is there is a drone at about 1.5k revs.

Bad quality. Sounds good but positioning is way off.
Exhaust looks and sounds great.
One side of the exhaust tips sit centred how the other side is so off centre it touches the body. Having to take a brand new part to a shop to be fixed. Reach out to their customer support and zero response.. kinda disappointed I read a couple of these similar reviews and guess I was unlucky too

First go around I ordered the wrong…
First go around I ordered the wrong exhaust for my sedan I could still have fit it but it would require welding and wouldn't have sit the best
The second one I bought was the right figment to my sedan sits better then the stock one even sounds mint tho its not that loud which is good

Good exhaust system for budget price
Good exhaust system for budget price, yes it can drone sometimes at low rpm’s, only downside is that the exhaust hits the underbody so you will need to put exhaust heat wrap around the part where it hits so it doesn’t keep making rattling sound on body, other than that good product

Worth it If it's on Major special !!!
Freight is pretty fast, which is good, just expect things not to be perfectly aligned, hard when you're under the car by yourself in the garage, without a hoist! So small fellas and ladies will struggle to pull or push things so you can get the bolts on the flanges. Other than that which is a headache for sure it's OK, the Mufflers are a bit on the quiet/ cheap sounding side not producing much bass. They may have to be heat cycled a fair bit though. All in all a struggle to justify at full price and still a tad high in the $650 mark, but unfortunately missed out on the $500 sale by one month!

Very prompt delivery. Good price. Good product. I actually made a mistake and I purchased a sedan cat back system when I have a wagon. Was able to cut and weld it to suit. Good quality materials made it easy to weld up. 👍
