Holy Nokia Batman!
I wouldn't even put the one star if I didn't have to so that I can leave a review. Their customer service is NON EXISTENT! I placed an order with them months ago. I noticed in less than an hour, that they SUDDENLY had Galaxy S9's in stock when I ordered the Samsung A series phone. I was told that I could not change it, as it was already in process, they still could not change it to the S9. Fine. I get the phone today and it is not even a Samsung, it's a Nokia model TA-1515! Generic piece of trash! Then after months of emails that I returned, and trying their chat bot, they stated it will be another 2 days until they can get the service on it. I returned those emails and even spoke to them via chat before the phone was even mailed!! No phone number, I had to ask for the phone number to my own phone I'd just gotten! Tried to reach them, but first, they sent me to Xfinity, then when I did call for customer service, I had to battle the bot for an entire half an hour, then spent half an hour for a representative that did not speak English!! I'm from West Virginia, ya'all!! I had no idea what in the world she was saying!! I'm stuck with them for 3 months until I can switch, pray for me!! After 3 months, all they're going to see me kicking rocks fast as I can!! USER BEWARE!!
