Dirty car with a japaneese menu only.
Very difficult to get to the pick up site. Several phone numbers did not work!
The car was dirty from probably the last 10 rentals and the whole menu in the car was in japanese without any option to be changed!
Stay far away from this company!

DO NOT USE this third party to rent a…
DO NOT USE this third party to rent a car at all! We had to change our booking dates by one day and did it with more than 48hrs before our booking and they made us jump through hoops. Apparently you can’t easily add or remove a date! They have to cancel your booking and rebook you again. Then they charge you extra. The customer service is terrible. The person I spoke to in the phone was working from home with lots of background noise. I asked her if she could move so I can hear her better and she was super rude and hung up the line. We very incompetent and ended and could not offer help! They take $750 off you as a security deposit but that’s a significant money to go without for a few days! There is a lot they can’t do without checking directly with the rental company so what the point of having them as a third party. Do not use if you don’t want to be ripped off.

Regarding your booking change, prepaid reservations have limited flexibility when it comes to online modifications. As a result, cancelling and rebooking is often the available option when changes are required. As rates and availability are live, the current pricing applies at the time of rebooking.
We’re particularly concerned to hear about your interaction with our support team. While some of our agents do work remotely, we expect all customer interactions to remain clear, professional, and respectful at all times. We are currently reviewing the call in question, and appropriate action will be taken.
In relation to the security deposit, this is a requirement set by the rental provider rather than our platform. The amount can vary depending on the supplier and is outlined during the booking process.
We will look into your case further and will be in touch with you directly to address your concerns in detail.

There is no way this place is getting…
There is no way this place is getting good reviews. 2 plus hours to get a car, had to do everything in a phone booth that was pretty much a sauna. Kept adding charges. Miserable experience.
