Tienen muy mal servicio al cliente.
Me reafirmo. Solo se han puesto en contacto conmigo cuando me he quejado sn resolverme las dudas. Teniendo como dicen ellos 2 direcciones de email para contestar.
Me sigue sorprendiendo, que contesteis antes a una queja en internet sobre vuestro servicio que sobre la reclamacion a la aerolines.
¿ como puede ser que Iberia diga que vosotros ya teneis la respuesta y vosotros digais que no ?

Por motivos de seguridad y en cumplimiento con la normativa de protección de datos (GDPR), no podemos proporcionar información ni realizar modificaciones sobre un expediente si la solicitud proviene de un correo electrónico que no está asociado a dicho caso.
Para poder asistirle correctamente, es necesario solicitar previamente la actualización o sustitución de la dirección de correo electrónico en su expediente.
Asimismo, nos gustaría aclarar que el correo electrónico no es un canal de mensajería instantánea. Nuestro equipo garantiza una respuesta en un plazo máximo de 48 horas. I had a very good experience with AirClaim.
