The Customer Service is great and the App is helpful and has a cute design. I can really recommend it to everyone dealing with anxiety and insecurity. I gained new perspectives, tools and it makes me laugh.

It’s very easy to make progress with their bite sized small step approach. They also keep it lighthearted with humor

Wasn’t given the advertised free trial so had to pay for two months. Most sections I have covered so far included techniques I had already tried, sadly with no or limited effect.
I really didn’t like that you couldn’t skip over sections. Some were really triggering for me as they focused a lot on relationships and a big trigger for my worsening symptoms was a recent break up - but I had to do them anyway, and they made me feel worse. And some were just strange (tapping a screen for five seconds?!)
Overall I was disappointed as I really liked the idea of this app, if I had been able to access the advertised free trial I would not have continued with a subscription.

Was charged for full year’s subscription even though I tried to cancel it & no way to get refund

Signed up for trial, immediately realised it wasn’t for me and cancelled subscription. E mailed acknowledged cancellation. Then months later a full years subscription was taken. Have messaged but no reply. Don’t want this app but way to contact other than message through app.

Amazing app. Given me so many tools for mental self care. Invest in yourself.

I was sceptical at first about the app but after a month's trial, I was hooked. For the last 3 months I've done a lesson daily and I have learnt so many new perspectives to dealing with challenging emotions and situations. The one downside is that any new features are sometimes launched when they don't work properly yet (e.g. the self assessment test) and it can take time for them to be fixed.

Signed me up for a yearly subscription for 59.99 that I did not want or sign up for. The app wasn’t even on my phone. Will not refund.

I signed up for a free trial and had no idea I was being subscribed to a paid plan. Without any warning, $150 was taken from my account—money I had set aside for my son’s birthday. I was devastated. I immediately contacted both the app’s support team and Apple on the same day, but I still haven’t been able to get a refund. This entire experience has been incredibly stressful and upsetting. I trusted the process, and instead, I’ve been left feeling taken advantage of. - You have replied to this saying you have emailed me, this is not true.. please provide details of how you have contacted me

I downloaded the app as it was advertised as free, of course after making a profile I was told it's a subscription. I agreed to the free trial only because the message clearly said I will be notified before my free trial comes to an end. I did not get noticed. Now you have taken £44.99 out of my bank account. I do not wish to use Ahead, I used it once during the free trial and didn't not find it helpful at all, I certainly do not want to be paying £44.99 for something unhelpful. Please do not make your product look like it is free when it clearly isn't.
The idea of the app is fine but not for that cost as its nothing special.

Honestly amazed by this app. I’ve a 6 year streak on Duolingo so when I saw it advertised as the Duolingo for anxiety I was already hooked.
I find it so intuitive and real. I love the options I can pick because I personally for example never experience debilitating anxiety but I am anxious every day. I feel there is something fir everyone.
I’m still a little unclear as to the order of the journey but it doesn’t bother me so haven’t addressed it with Ahead at this point.

Such a scam ! I forgot to cancel my free trial and was charged £80 for an annual subscription. I tried to cancel this on the first day of the subscription and was told I was not eligible for a refund. Ive now got to pay for this for the next year… its caused me a lot of stress so not sure the owners are really advocating for positive mental health.

This great App reminds us to check in with ourselves each day, provides tools to use when things get tough in our day and signposts us to articles which provide more detailed information to help with specific thoughts and behaviours.

Excellent customer service with an issue I was having setting up my account - helpful, quick to respond and follow up, professional and patient!

While I haven’t gotten the chance to actually use the app, the customer service has been superb. I had a little issue that took some time and patience to figure out but, nonetheless, we persevered. The co-founder was with me each step of the way and upgraded my account for the trouble. Can’t wait to use the app!
