Fantastic, service and advice was brilliant.I asked for a certificate on the bamboo. The result could not have been better.

The cup is not centrally mounted on the plinth so looks wonky. I reported this but have had no response to my email.

I wanted to order trophies for our summer tennis tournament. Aford provided lots of good value options, great service and efficient delivery. Highly recommended.

I got the trophies quickly but two of plaques attached to the glass trophies were not attached and I had to superglue them on, fortunately I checked prior to awarding them.

I could not warn you MORE to stay away from this company. I placed regular orders with them, as I am generally loyal to the brands I choose to buy from.

However, EVERY order had something go wrong - missing items, poor quality items, delivery late etc.

Bear in mind, I'm buying trophies for kids, who are then devastated if they do not receive their prizes in time or the right prizes.

I had forgiven the last few orders which caused stress for several reasons because as I said, loyal.

BUT, the last order crossed the line.

The trophies did not arrive. I paid £12.99 for next day delivery and they already said they could not fulfil this and it would arrive in a couple of days, which was bad enough.

It did not arrive.

A week later, still nothing. Their team had zero clue what was going on too.

I waited for weeks while they "investigated".

They then told me it was delivered in our vicinity. There's a picture of it being delivered to a door which is not mine.

They said "Well it's been delivered in the area so it's not our responsibility if you actually receive it."

They refused to give any sort of a refund and when I complained, both the customer service AND the manager basically told me to F off as they did not care.

They said as soon as they post it, they are no longer responsible.

It's disgusting.

So, I'm out of pocket a couple of hundred quid for this, and had really disappointed kids.

Plus, they tripled down on accusing me of being a bad customer instead of even remotely taking responsibility for their actions.

Not once did I even hear a sorry or remote care from them.

Some of the most truly disgusting behaviour and attitude (and service) I've ever seen.

Plus, the kids usually complain that the trophies are cheap and break anyway. So, it's about time I found a new supplier.

The trophy i ordered is amazing, perfectly finished to the highest standard of workmanship the engraving I choose looks perfect too.
It arrived in good time and packaged really well, and included a very nice box for storing.
This attractive trophy will make a very nice piece to display for the winner of a celebration friendly golf competition.
