Vastaus yritykseltä Aford Awards
Hi Andrew
Thank you for your review and feedback, We are very sorry to hear you received your order late.
Having looked into this I can see you should have received your order on the 9th of June, You placed your order with us on the 7th of June at 20:56pm, We then despatched your order on Monday the 8th of June in order for you to receive on the 9th of June, Unfortunately Royal Mail failed to deliver to you on the 9th of June meaning you then received your order on the 10th of June being two days late which I can only apologise for as you paid for a Next Day service. If you had let us know this issue beforehand we would have happily looked into this to find out where your parcel was, We are only a phonecall away and always happy to help with anything.
I am happy to issue you a refund of the Next Day charge, I will email you separately regarding this.
Kind Regards
