AFC Home Warranty Arvostelua 

I researched a lot of warranty companies got good feedback from Chatgpt...decided to try AFC...Customer service was great. Haven't used the services yet but will update when I do.

So far the process and knowledge of the plans were very good. Just signed up so not sure if the process for warranty claims is good.

The account rep/agent was helpful and knowledgeable. He accommodated my schedule with a timely call-back and responded to questions with direct answers. Our exchange of information was more a conversation than a Q&A making a large quantity of information easier to understand.

Richard Clemons was great to deal with. Was not pushy, answered all my questions till I couldn’t think of any more! I never had a home warranty before. My sister thinks they are great. I compared several options and I just thought Richard was honest . Said nice things about the company. I’m in the new house now. Glad I have the policy if I need it. Thank you.

Randy Dodge, sales director that signed me up was knowledgeable and helpful. So far, my enrollment experience was favorable.

Randy did a great job. Really good about corresponding with me. All questions were promptly answered. I liked the Diamond plan. It seems to cover more items than most of the competitions. I feel I've made the right choice.

Kevin has been great, however I have to cancel the contract for personal reasons.

I like to leave a zero.after calling about a claim they told me I had pay out of pocket they only covered so much so why am i paying for a home warranty then .they dont cover a dam stove really idk .rip off artist becareful.

Getting the policy was very ease because the person I was talking to was very knowledgeable of his product. He answered all my questions with enough depth that it was ease to understand.
