My surgery was cancelled the evening before (8.30pm) due to the surgeon having an emergency. I understand these things happen but honestly the whole experience start to finish was awful. Every appointment I had up to my surgery was unreasonably delayed (well over an hour each time), and chatting to others in the waiting room this appeared to be the common experience. My surgery was rebooked for 3 weeks later but only after I contacted them daily for updates. The Appointment before my surgery was again over an hour late with feable excuses once again (we don't know how long surgery will take, it's not our fault blah blah). The day of my surgery I was booked in for 10am, my surgery didn't start til around 11.30 - it seems this clinic is in a time worm hole where absolutely nothing can run on time. I should also mention when I arrived for surgery in the morning I gave my name and what I was there for, the girl on the desk didn't even smile and say hello or anything just, 'we need to take your balance' and proceeded to hand me the card machine. I found this a mindblowing way to greet a patient who is about to have surgery, who can be assumed to be nervous and also was cancelled the first time round. It gives you an idea of what they really care about. I am now one week post surgery and was supposed to have my one week check in call this morning. Have they called me? No of course not. I wish I could say I was surprised. I cannot wait to be fully healed and discharged so I never have to deal with this place again. Honestly find somewhere else to have your treatments if you want to be treated with any type of dignity and want to keep hold of your sanity. How this place runs is beyond me and no-one seems to care or acknowledge any of this. Avoid avoid avoid.

Had a hair transplant here recently after care was terrible, all appointments missed, calls and emails ignored. I put a Google review on and was called within the day and offered a treatment I didn't even want if I took the Google review down.
Turned up for the appointment but told after 45 minutes Dr Fazana hadn't.
Put another Google review up, and was called offering me two treatments to take the review down, but I declined, was told they would call me back in 24 hours to make the situation right, but haven't heard from them. Then I received a google notification saying my review had been restricted, not sure why this was but all seems very convenient.
All great when they are up selling you but after care is none existant. Contact is hit and miss. I never had a follow up with Dr.K. after my brow and bleph, (even with an infection) I got to see a guy who was nothing to do with my surgery who seemed a little embarrassed at having to see me. All about payed consultation and products so please do your homework. Look for the before and afters (they don't exist) look for genuine reviews.
They still owe me £50 as I paid a deposit but It will be none refundable I'm sure.
Was cancelled on the day after travelling apparently the Dr had personal circumstances. Really not ideal at all. Will update on what happens..
Vaser lipo with Dr Tomasz and Katrina.
I have a small frame with pouch of fat on my stomach I've been unable to shift. I opted for vaser lipo.
I'm currently 5 weeks post surgery and my stomach is noticeably flatter already. There's still a small amount of swelling so my results will continue to improve.
Dr Tomasz and Katrina were very professional but also kind and helpful. They explained each step in detail both on the day and with follow up care.
I felt at ease throughout and am happy with the results of my surgery and my experience as a whole. Thank you :)
I underwent VASER liposuction and Renuvion skin tightening on my arms on 8 August 2025.
I was not informed prior to the procedure that it could take 6–12 months to see final results. This is a significant omission, as it directly affects a patient’s expectations and decision-making.
During my first post-procedure consultation, when I raised concerns about the lack of improvement, Dr Tom acknowledged that I should have been advised of this timeframe and apologised for the oversight, with his assistant present.
I formally raised my concerns with the clinic on 18 November 2025, as my arms showed no improvement and, in my opinion, appeared worse than before the procedure.
It is now over 7 months post-procedure, and there has still been no meaningful improvement.
Despite sending three follow-up emails and making a telephone call, I have received no response. When I previously spoke to the clinic manager, I was effectively told to wait and “check in again in a few months,” with no accountability taken.
I am extremely disappointed not only with the outcome, but with the lack of communication and aftercare.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic !!!
Warning hidden £1,000 charge!!!
I’m really disappointed with how I was treated after my surgery. While I was in the recovery room, feeling extremely vulnerable, I was told that I had to pay an extra £1,000.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I had three consultations before my surgery, during which there was plenty of opportunity to explain any changes or revised costs. None of this was mentioned until after the procedure, when I was unwell and in no position to properly question it.
At the time, I felt under a lot of pressure and didn’t feel well enough to challenge the situation. As someone who has just had surgery, I expected care and understanding, not to feel pushed into making a financial decision while unwell.
The stress of the situation caused my blood pressure to drop, and I had to stay at the clinic for over four extra hours. It was a very upsetting experience and not something I believe any patient in recovery should go through.
I held off leaving a review, hoping the company would reflect on this and make sure vulnerable patients aren’t put in the same position in the future. It has now been three months since I made a formal complaint, and there has been no progress or resolution.
