I needed a replacement part for a multi-room thermostatic system. The existing part is no longer made. The 1st company I approached said I needed to replace the whole system whereas AWC staff took time to understand the situation and what was actually required. They obtained photos from me and took it up with the manufacturer who found a small number of the parts still in stock. Result I will have a brand new part and the whole system will work correctly again. AWC didn't HAVE to go to all the trouble they did, there was no guarantee of a sale at the end. But they did and they did it professionally and quickly. Strong positive recommendation; Will definitely use again when the need arises.

We needed some gaskets to accompany a valve we'd bought a long time back, however we realised we'd need them at very short notice. Lewis and Danielle were both extremely friendly and helpful, and put a great deal of effort into resolving the issue and getting them sent out. When we realised we also needed a pressure gauge at the 11th hour, Ben was a great help in getting it express shipped directly to the engineer.

We had thought that this was an omission on AW's part - it turned out it to be our fault. Regardless, their response throughout was so highly professional, it was a pleasure sorting this out.

I've raised queries with plenty of suppliers recently, and a lot just don't want to know. Whereas Advanced Water have been the opposite. Keep up the good work.

We urgently needed an expansion vessel and connecting hose. Spoke with Sue at AWC, absolutely fantastic service, delivery for next day. Would highly recommend.

The urgent delivery of a new hot water tank was delayed by 48 hours. It was the courier at fault, but spoiled experience and view of order. Ben at AWC has worked hard to resolve solution. Tank arrived from DX Freight, damaged with a dent, 48 hours late. One delivery driver to drop the 50 kilo tank off the back of the lorry.

Excellent great communication,problem with order sorted after a few emails,and delivered in time,considering a bank holiday weekend and the corona virus,😃🖖 will definitely use again.

I don't very often write reviews but felt in this instance that Advanced Water Co.Ltd deserve a well earned pat on the back! I work for a plumbing merchant that has been dealing with them for over 8 years now and we find them to be a very efficient and professional company to deal with! On average we have 3 or 4 orders a week from them and they are all specified and quoted correctly and more importantly delivered the very next day! Nikki the office manager is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble for her to sort out for us. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to supply your plumbing needs ! Keep up the good work Advanced Water!!

We use Advanced Water all the time for our repair jobs for unvented cylinders and spare parts. They are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely customer focussed and have helped us out of many a predicament when parts and cylinders are required urgently

I have been using advanced water for years and must say 99% of the time have been superb friendly today I encountered something very different from the ordinary when speaking to a female agent called Sam I asked for a part number of an immersion and then politely asked if the stat had a different number she rudely sighed tutted and put the phone down I rang back and got cut off again so then used my customers phone (different number ) got a very helpful agent that sorted my request not a great experience to day

Purchased some parts for my cylinder. Ordered at 4pm and they arrived the next day at 9.15. Staff were fantastic in sorting out the parts I needed. Will be using them again.

AKA marketplace seller Sparesweb on Amazon. For your own sake I'd avoid this awful company. My product was delivered faulty and it took over a month after I returned the product and having to dispute the charge with my card company to get a refund - and even then they would not refund my return postage fee as stated. I'll never shop with this company again.

I bought a thermostat from them that failed after 5 month use. I bought a replacement while I sent the original back under warranty. The new one was supposed to cost £15 more than original one but they agreed to charge me the same price as the defective one. The agreed to credit me for the defective one if I returned it to them. I returned the defective one by royal mail & it cost be £2.90 to send back which they refused to refund me. On closer inspection of invoices it appears I was charged a lot more for the delivery of the two thermostats than what I was able to send the damaged on back for - I am still not sure if they have credited me for the returned defective thermostat some 4 weeks later !
