Unvented Components Arvostelua 

We ordered a unvented cylinder expected delivery 5 days later no delivery, so we chased they advised its been delivered and showed us a photo, which turns out to be an address 200 miles away it also showed a cylinder we did not order. so back on the phone and they "advise sorry wrong order silly me" and then I was advised to pay extra for postage!! so we did on the understanding we would receive our cylinder, by following Wednesday. After that date we are away for the next 3 weeks!. so now we are seeking a refund we cannot continue this charade any more...
We have no goods they have our money. no delivery was ever made.
So although Customer service is pleasant they never return phone calls, they give misleading information, they pass the blame onto courier / 3rd party company.
So what they need to understand under trading law, the contract of the purchase is between Customer and Supplier nobody else, if they have given indication of delivery date and fails to meet this and customer does not receive their goods in condition as described they are entitled to a full refund.
Thankfully suppliers that is unknown to us I use my credit card, so section 75 of the consumer credit act 1974 the Credit Card company will refund us, but alas Credit card companies puts a black mark on merchant services.

Hot water tank
Excellent! Very easy to order online, the water tank was a good price compared to others, I was told up to five working days for delivery but arrived well within that time, the tank looked good quality with good insulation, all up and running now, very pleased with this company, I would totally recommend (oh and delivery driver was very friendly)
