My son bought his first bike form them online. Bike was delivered on time, the bike did develop an issue but this was resolved very promptly picked up and redelived I shirt order. Very good, friendly service highly recommended

These guys do credit to the used market and deserve good reputation. Any issues, expect great communication and honourable conduct. I bought a first big bike for my wife, which on reflection was the wrong bike for her. Adambikes were very understanding and agreeable in finding a resolution, first class.👍

Had great service and communication from the start, my son purchased his first ever bike from Adams bikes and on visiting to view bikes the guy that showed us around warehouse was very friendly, polite and informative, he was really helpful and very honest which I loved, we spent a while looking at bikes and never felt rushed or pressured, on purchase it was very easy and quick and reasuring, bike was delivered within a couple of days. Since then Adams bike has been very helpful with enquiries and helping out when my son had a slight accident near by when visiting the area for work, they were so helpful and fixed my sons bike and made sure if was safe for his journey home. I highly recommend Adams bikes from our experience and my son said he will continue to go there in the future.

I bought Yamaha motorcycle few day ago, I notice one of inner painel was broken, I came back to the garage where the mechanic take a look and identified the problem straight away,

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY..

Brought a bike and wrote a glowing review. After 6weeks of having the bike and only riding it a few times. Starting noticing some issue with it. Called up Adam bikes and they offered to come pick it up and take it to a mechanic. They had my bike for 2 weeks, they told me it was all fixed and I had to pay £120.
They dropped the bike back to my house, and it had the same issues as when they took it. So nothing was done with it at all.
They said TWO mechanics looked at it and fixed it. This is absolutely shocking customer service. Everytime you call them you get no where at all. I’ll 100% be taking them to Court as they’ve sold me something that’s clearly broken.

Please everyone stay away from this “company”. I don’t want anyone else hard earned money to go to waste like mine.

Bought a lexmoto aura 125 of them on the 15th April on the understanding it came with 2 keys a bit of paperwork and clean for £1700 rang up multiple times to check info about the bike and spoke to a very nice lady all sound good so paid for bike online plus delivery, the bike was delivered 2 days later like arranged a nice guy delivered the bike went over the bike with me gave me the paperwork and 1 key explained to me that one of the guys took the other key home by mistake, not a problem promised me it would get sent to me ASAP one week went past no key rang them spoke to the lady again she said she would chase it up waited another week still no key then spoke to a guy called "Nile" he told me he posted it so waited another week still no key so this is now week 3 spoke to "NILE" again he said it was deffo sent out but only first class but paid extra for postage mmmm ok no proof sent to me asked if I could wait 1 more week so waited 4 weeks now still no key rang up on Saturday 13th May about key spoke to "NILE" again and he said sorry and would speak to Adam about a £50 refund for a key I explained that £50 does not cover a key as u need to buy a new chipping box as well for the bike as I done my research on it first which would be £138 for 2 keys and the chip box , he said he would speak to Adam. Today 14th may "NILE" rings me back saying they can only offer £50 and that's was that and gave me a load of bs about what happened to the key and so on , and its only 1 key not the end of world and if it got lost in the post no one would no it was for my bike sorry its got my address on the letter ! And most bikes are more money for 2 keys well this one was not I asked to speak to Adam so he got Adam to ring me back and I really really do not understand how the guy still has a business he is very rude guy and , trys talking down to you and as if I'm a idiot, basically his answer was you take £50 as a good will or he picks bike up and gives me full refund for the bike as there nothing else he is willing to do as he will lose money but if he picks the bike up he will go sell it for £2000 and I should be grateful that he was only selling it for £1700 . I find that very rude poorly run . Instead of just admiting they messed up and offering to pay for the chip and 2 news keys he wants to just come and take the bike back and I should be happy I had it for 4 weeks and he ain't charging me for it I'm sorry I own the bike now . Very very bad experience from them specially "NILE and ADAM" would not recommend them will be seeing what other options there is I.e taking legal advice.....

I had a very impressive experience with the South African gentleman, Jamie, that came to buy my grandsons' motorcycle from him. He didn't quarrel about price, he looked over the bike and gave a professional opinion, which was highly appreciated. I hope you enjoyed your lunch Jamie, and the home-made Biltong care package that we sent home with you. If you are ever in the area, feel free to stop by again.

Jamie came out and done the deal with me today, he is a absolutely cracking bloke and really nice guy in general, happy to do business with him.

Great delivery and communication with the business, bike was delivered in a efficient manor and they were more than willing to answer any questions about the bike such as it's service history and even help me take off a windshield on my honda cb125f, my delivery driver was Jamie and he did an excellent job, would highly recommend.

We had Jamie collect my bikes today and he made the whole experience stress free and easy, thank you very much.

My overall buying experience was wonderful, the staff was very helpful and the bike I bought was well priced. I was also able to get delivery and an issue with the bike fixed prior to my purchase all for free which was lovely. However, the delivery was delayed from around 10am to 5pm on the scheduled day and the passing light button didn't work which wasn't originally advertised. If it wasn't for these issues, which really hurt the whole experience for me, I'd easily be able to give them 5 stars.
