Acne Studios Arvostelua 

Due to the sales I was experiencing delay with my order shipping and receiving my item also. However I was able to get assistance from customer service manager (Alex) and he was really helpful and attentive. After I spoke to him my order was shipped straight away and I will be receiving soon. After reading the negative comments about the customer service on here I was abit apprehensive but with the positive outcome and experience I received today I will be repeat customer

Ringe, uprofessionel og arrogant service i butikken i Pilestræde. Hilste pænt på 3 forskellige ekspedienter og der gik 10 minutter før de tog sig sammen (der var ikke travlt). Det hele endte i en diskussion om at tage 4,- kroner for en pose når man betaler 1.400,- for et par jeans. Kommentaren var at det var staten der havde pålagt afgiften. Halleluja - forsøg bare med en allokering at køre huslejen, el-regningen, selskabs skatten, lønninger, mv. ind på regningen oveni et par jeans. Tænk nu kunde oplevelsen igennem end-to-end... Skidt start og endnu være afslutning - ikke bestået!

Jag ville köpa en väska men de har gjort om storlekarna. Fick veta i butiken att inte just han, men någon annan (..?) kunde kolla på huvudlagret om någon av den gamla storleken fanns kvar. Han fick min mailadress och jag hörde aldrig något. Chattade sen med kundservice som sa att han kunde kolla om jag skickade en skärmdump på väskan, men det var inte tekniskt möjligt att bifoga filer. Han bad mig maila in och skicka bilden. Gjorde det under tiden vi skrev, men hörde inget mer av honom. Han hade även sagt att jag kunde åka till Acne Arcive i Vasastan för dom kunde ha, vilket de såklart inte hade. "Vi har nästan inga väskor alls, och aldrig de väskorna". Nu skiter jag högaktningsfullt i Acne och deras väska, och otroligt dåliga service och ovilja att hjälpa mig som kund.

Seriously, $300 for a t shirt. $450 for a hoodie? There is nothing special about these products. the fabric is produced in the same sweatshops in Bangladesh. It's a hyped scam. People who wear this stuff are just virtue signaling to others that they can afford it because let's be honest - it's the SAME as everything else.

Købte en trøje til min kæreste, men den var aaalt for stor. Sendte den derfor retur, men kom i tanke om, at mit kort udløb i slut den her måned. Derfor skyndte jeg mig at kontakte dem på mail, ift. om det kunne lade sig gøre, at få pengene tilbage hurtigere.
Jeg fik svar efter ca 12 timer og de skrev tilbage, at det kunne de godt.

Ikke sidste gang jeg handler der og god oplevelse med kundeservice!

I bought a very expensiv jacket. When the box arrived it was empty. Customer service was unresponsive for days.
No 8 days later I haven't heard from them but still miss the jacket or my money i paid for it!

I lost over 1000 euro and have no words for my anger!

I’ve been always ordering clothes on the website given that we don’t have a boutique here. And every order was delivered very quickly.

I made an order for my friend. Ordered leather women's shoes .
It was delivered in same day without any problem.But when I opened a box,one of the shoe looks like it was worn many many times, cause inside of the shoe (numbers and letter was almost gone ),and sole looks like they paint it by hands,very bad quality paint that looks transparent and got pieces of dry paint on them .I 380 on sale,but original price was about 600,I cant believe suck a poor quality.Wrote to customer service and plus sent all the photos of proof that quality is bad,got no response. I was planning to get boltzer sneakers from them ,but now I am not sure that it would be good idea to pay 500 bucks for piece of garbage .

They have incorrect stock status: items shown in stock would end up not getting shipped. For items that do get shipped, there's no goodwill in customer service in requesting to make a return when quality does not match expectation, and showing signs of usage. They'd chalk it up to feature of the product. I'll not buy on this site anymore.

Bought a hoodie and when it arrived it was a hoodie from All Saints with the Acne Studios swing ticket attached. I immediately requested a return and explained what happened in the online return notes. When it arrived on their end they emailed me to ask what address I would like them to send it back to as they weren’t accepting it. I explained that if I paid £300+ for an item I expect the correct one and was not having it sent back to me. They told me they had already done an investigation (which they hadn’t told me about) so I couldn’t escalate it and said over and over that they were not going to refund me, another reason is that I didn’t email them - the terms and conditions state that if there is something wrong with your order you should get in touch with them, I did via their returns page, if you need people to contact via email then include that in your terms and conditions. They even tried to prove they sent the correct item by saying ‘The packer personally recalls packing this order and has confirmed the following was packed: FN-WN-SWEA000131 in black, size XS.’ I ordered an XXS, even then they weren’t sure of what was going on but were still refusing my refund. When I finally asked the procedure of their investigation they agreed to refund me for the hoodie I did not receive, they put it down as ‘a gesture of good will’ FIXING YOUR MISTAKES IS NOT A GESTURE OF GOOD WILL. I honestly don’t think they investigated at all as they hadn't checked with the couriers they just tried to send it back to me, it honestly felt like I was being scammed. Customer service is AWFUL.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I like their products but have had terrible experiences with buying from their website. Orders delayed, orders canceled by support but shipped anyway, very slow returns, incorrect stock status, customer support although very pleasant don't seem to be able to take action on issues...infuriating.

I’ve had two experiences ordering direct from acne. Honestly one of the better experiences I’ve had purchasing direct from the maker. Everything was prompt and the interface works well. Well made items and a nice mix of luxury / everyday wear. I feel that a lot of the bad reviews are from ppl who couldnt afford it, bought one item and now have buyers remorse. Just my perception. The rockaway is such a iconic shoe now. Love acne studios.

I bought a wool sweater aroud 300 €. It has shrunk terribly in the wash (cold water hand washing recommended). I had no recourse, neither with the store, nor with the consumer service. I'm over with this brand.

Precis som de som har skrivit innan, la en beställning på två varor och väntat på att få en bekräftelse på att de ska skickas då det står inom två dagar. Går ej att ringa eller chatta utan man måste mejla och där tar de flera dagar på sig att svara och nu äntligen när jag fick ett svar så är varorna borta. Då deras sida tydligen crashar om många klickar på samma vara och vill köpa de. Sjukt dåligt. Fixa hemsidan då?!?! Det verkar ju vara ett återkommande problem då exakt samma hände mig sist jag beställde från hemsidan också. Så jag rekommenderar inte att handla från deras egna hemsida, nästan bättre att köpa från andra ställen.

The WORST customer service ever! Do not reply to emails at all!

Ugly clothes.

Dude all the clothes on their website is repulsive and super over priced. What kind of pretentious idiot actually buys this ugly trash?

I have always experienced good service from Acne Studios. Fast and quick delivery. I have ordered a bunch of face sweatshirts, hoodies, t-shirts and pants over the time (2 years) and they’ve never dissapointed me!

Customer service is not just useless but also aggravating. Moreover, every time I order clothes from there, I end up returning most, if not all, of the clothes due to their quality being horrible.

Overall, you are better off not buying from Acne Studios. If you like its designs, check out Alexander Wang. The clothes there are less expensive (not by that much) and the quality is amazing. I hope Acne Studios reads this so they can start thinking and comparing their products with other designers in order to improve its branding. Anyway, it's not my problem, and I don't care as the designer doesn't care about its customer (or now ex-customer?) - isn't that right?
