I bought this hair dryer and only used it a couple of times, it shorted out on me and even shocked me! I have been trying to find a way to talk to someone but I can't find an address for customer service!

Ordered and paid for hairdryer/volumizer in April, nearly four months ago. They gave me incorrect tracking number. Am going to now let PayPal take the reigns and recover my money. Acelit have ignored my many emails and to add to my frustration, emailed me back last week and gave me the original tracking number! Australia Post gave a guarantee that the tracking number was to a different person and was definitely not the hairdryer, but getting nowhere with Acelit. By the way, they have "blocked" emails that I've sent......what a joke.

This company is a damn scam I ordered Lily Lights in April it’s near August still don’t have them I sent an email they said they changed my tracking number which is bull I try to email them again it won’t let me email keeps coming back no such email I paid by PayPal so hopefully I will get my money back

Ordered 4in1 hairdryer apr 6. Never received get emails stating it was shipped & therefore no refund. Tracking # has expired. Total scam!!

Same as everyone else ordered the hair dryer April 15 still have not gotten it. Emailed several times and they respond with the same bs telling me that it's on the way and the order can not be cancelled once shipped but gives me my tracking number again smh if it ever does update it only updates with duplicate information.Worst experience ever. Pretty sure a bot is who responds Should have known better.

Same as everyone else. Ordered the dryer brush on May 15th. I click on the tracking and it doesn’t exist. I clicked on their visit store link and it takes me to Shopify and tells me to finalize my domain! This was a scam! I want my money back!

This site is bull@#$I ordered the 4 in 1 hairdryer haven't received ot yet and its been since April 4th 2020; I called the # and no answer.I am tired of sending emails to them I have the tracking # which is the right #.I am not a happy person.

Trash. Complete waste of time. I'm going to echo a lot of what was already stated. I bought the 4-in-1 hairbrush on April 22nd (almost 2 months ago). Not only has it not arrived, but when I checked tracking and FINALLY saw an update, it was to tell me that the product had been returned to sender. I never received an email or any communication as to why and even after 2 emails I have yet to receive a response. I want my money back.

DONt BUY FROM THIS SITE!! Totally a scam! I bought my hair brush dier since april 18th its now june And I havent received my order! The tracking number they gave me has not change the status since april! They answered my email but they said they are behind! Very dissapointed!😞

I wish you can choose zero stars. Do not order from this company it is a complete scam! I ordered the 4 in 1 blow dryer like a lot of other women in April and it is now June! There have been no updates with the tracking since 04/18. Save your money not worth it!

This is a scam site. I ordered a hairdryer in early April. They took the money from my account but I haven’t received an order confirmation or the item. It seems I’m not the only one. Definitely a scam.

They sent me the wrong item! So now I have to find something else. Very disappointing.

I'm really upset. I really wanted the drivers I ordered. The said they were sent out 4/21. It is now 5/29. I WANT WHAT I ORDERD!!!!! there are no excuses

I still have not received my order. Not only that, they gave me the wrong tracking number. I have emailed them. called the number on their website. of course, it does not exist. When I use the correct tracking number, it says label made, from New York City to Buffalo. Shipping pending
it's been like that for over a month any suggestions what I can do. I noticed that quite alot of you are having the same issue.

I wouldn't recommend to buy anything from this place. If i would of known that my product was never shipped and no phone number to reach anyone. I've been waiting for over a month n a half and still haven't received it. I ordered the 4 in 1 blower dryer. I got to fight to get my money back now. Horrible business.
