My club crop bowling trousers and shorts were purchased in April. The shorts have been worn most of the time but the crop trousers I have probably worn 10 times at the most. In this time they have gone bobble around the bottom and are totally unwearable. I emailed Aceit together with a photo and their reply was “ they only accept returns if they are unworn and with labels on” there comments were dreadful with no customer service at all. There are other bowling manufacturers to use, don’t waste your money

Scammers alert!!!

Dont deserve even 1 star.They showed me different product and sent me different ones. I mean how can you get away with this. If you dont have the product, then you dont send different product just for the sake of sending the package and receiveing money out of customers. That was a damage piece too.🤬🤬🤬This jacket is not gonna give me not even 1% satisfaction so i am going to burn this jacket and take out the warmth from it. This has to stop immediately.

They scammed me out of my money. I lost almost $200.00 when they never deliver the New Orleans 5 piece Patio set with a fire pit! They don’t respond and they stole my money. They are crooks who have FB pages advertising merchandise they do not have!

Images are completely misleading and trying to get a refund from them is near on impossible

This is a scam! When I went to website, the domain was for sale... RIP OFF! I could have had my 7 year old granddaughter make it cheaper & better!!
CAN'T even contact for a return bought 2... I feel like puking!

Less than one star!… so disappointing!! Absolutely NOT AT ALL what they advertised! It was completely dishonest advertising and for $37.98 which would’ve been reasonable price for the picture they showed. The wreath was a completely different (ugly) cheap wreath worth about 5$…. AND took weeks to arrive!
DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THIS BUSINESS.

As all the other reviews mentioned, product scammers and they aren’t even a shamed about ripping people off.
I ordered a fall wreath, it was supposed to be 24” across but it’s half the size and the materials are cheap garbage.
The offered me a refund if I would pay the money to ship it back to China or half my money back.

DO NOT order anything from this scam company! Ad photos are extremely misleading. Shipping time took FOREVER. Packaging was poorly packed and crushed.
I order a fall wreath as a gift to my daughter. After waiting weeks and weeks it finally arrived. Total piece of JUNK! It was made in China and the feux floral products are cheap plastic! 😡

UPDATE
I sent a few “complaint emails” to acelit.com regarding poor quality product and false advertising. Their first response offered me $20 back as “a gift” and I could “keep the wreath” (which has been in the trash since it arrived!). I sent a response stating that $20 does not cover the cost of the product and that I expect a full refund credited back to my form of payment. They agreed to that and said it would be “credited immediately”. Now we wait. 🙄

Do not order anything from these people!! Huge Scammers!! Ordered a Fall Wreath....it is the ugliest thing ever...all plastic and came in from China!! Worth about 5 cents and paid $45.00....I am going to have American Express go after them for my money. What a bunch of crooks.

Huge scammers, I ordered a waist trainer that was supposed to arrived on Monday July 19, 2021 it is now July 24, 2021 and still no package. I will never order from them again and Amazon needs to drop them.

Ordered from Acelitt. They sent me a message on Amazon that my package was delivered but no package. Emailed them but no response. I find it odd they have no customer service phone #. Think I just got scammed. After reading these reviews I’m sure I got scammed. Don’t buy from this company…ever!!

I ordered an item from this store. Got an email stating item has shipped nothing else, now can’t find them.

I ordered $60 ankle boots that were supposed to be leather, but instead I received a $20 pair of smelly plastic boots, and believe it or not they shipped them in a plastic bag,😱 almost like the one you get when shopping at walmart, I sent them several messages, good luck getting an answer !!

Company is scammers. Ordered 2 face masks for Halloween and only one turned up. Tried contacting them several times and no reply. PayPal should suspend them so no one else is taken

Bought a hairdryer on April 26 now it’s October 20th and nothing. Their support doesn’t work either..

Took my money never delivered product. !!

This is the first time I have ever bought something and never received it. I can’t believe that out of all the ads for a freaking blower I had to order from these scammers. Now I find this site and my fear has become a reality. At least now I can finally give up.

Ordered the hair straighter. Never came. Send some emails and they replied. Got a tracking no. It must be fake. The last email send was not delivered. Such a scam. PayPal should not support these scammers. I ordered it as it was payable through PayPal, thinking it must be good.
