Easy to use
Easy to use, drop off right next to the terminal at Gatwick. Car was waiting when we returned and the mileage used to take it to wherever it is stored was less than 20 miles. It did what it ment to so good service. Will use again

Easy drop off and pick up at Gatwick North. Drop off was less than 5 minutes. Car was already there parked up when we got back. So took a couple of minutes to pick up keys and on our way. Great service

Great Service Every Time
Great service we have used Ace Parking many times before always reliable. We left a bag in the car and only realised when we got to the check in desk. The staff at Ace were excellent at helping us retrieve it despite our car having left the airport. They were so efficient and helpful they got the back and we made the flight with minutes to spare.

Broken rear view mirror
I left my car with Gatwick ACE Meet and Greet while I was on holiday. Upon collecting my vehicle on my return, I immediately
noticed that the interior rear-view mirror had been broken. The mirror
was in two separate pieces, with part on the dashboard and the mirror
itself on the seat.
The vehicle was in good condition at the time it was handed over to
Ace, and there was no damage to the rear-view mirror at that point. I
did not cause this damage, and it occurred while the vehicle was under
the responsibility of Ace.
Have sent email and not included booking ref etc for obvious reasons.
