The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. A special thank you to the aftercare team who took such great care of me, especially Elif. Her lymphatic drainage massages were excellent and made a huge difference in my recovery.

The clinic’s service is truly top-tier and high-end. From the VIP airport transfers to the lovely breakfast at the hotel and the nice food provided in the hospital, everything was fantastic. They make sure you are comfortable every step of the way.

For years now I’ve always wanted to get my boobs done. I am someone that suffers with anxiety so I really did do a lot of research in both the UK and Turkey. What stood out to me with Academy Health was the level of information I received along with my surgeons CV and all of Academy Healths healthcare certificates so from the off this put my mind at ease. All of my questions were answered and communication between myself and the clinic was clear and professional. The trip was made easy with luxury transfers to and from the airport and hospital. The staff are very caring, friendly and supportive it was amazing to have them on hand every day at the hotel if you needed anything all you had to do is send a message and they would be at your door. My surgeon was lovely Dr Mehmet he has a very jolly and friendly approach which made me feel more at ease and also is very knowledgeable after my consultation with him I knew I would be in safe hands and I was. I am now at home and 6 days post op I am so happy with my results and the experience I received. If your like me and a bit anxious I would definitely recommend Academy Health 😊

I just had my breast augmentation just over 1 week ago at academy health.
The service from pre and post opp has been outstanding. I could not have asked for anymore. I was very nervous travelling from the UK to Turkey on my own however even starting with the lovely driver at the airport for my transfer I felt completely at ease.
The staff at the hospital were caring, professional and outstanding. My call bell was answered to immediately as and when I required assistance or pain relief. The nursing care I received at my hotel was also amazing and they were also there to assist any queries or questions I had via WhatsApp and resolved these.
I will recommend you to everyone and I will be returning to academy health.

I had a great experience with Dr. Sarper Mete and his team. Dr. Sarper did an excellent job—the stitches are perfect—and the team took care of me at all times during my recovery at the hotel. Even after I returned home, they continued to support and attend to me. I highly recommend them.

This is my second experience with Academy Health, and both have been truly exceptional. My first procedure was a breast implant revision, including an uplift, nipple correction, and new implants placed under the muscle. I was absolutely thrilled with the beautiful, natural results and the outstanding level of care I received throughout the entire process.

That positive experience gave me complete confidence to return for additional body contouring procedures: 360 liposuction, inner thigh lipo, and a BBL. Once again, the care before, during, and after surgery has been of the highest standard imaginable.

The entire team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every patient feels supported, informed, and truly valued. The 5-star hotel accommodation provided is luxurious and comfortable, and having dedicated nurses available from 7am to 10pm, with twice daily check ins, this was incredibly reassuring and appreciated.

The moment my surgeon removed my compression garment and I saw my new silhouette, I was overcome with joy and I cried! He has given me the dream body I’ve always wanted, and I couldn’t be happier with the results, I am over the moon!

I travelled to Turkey for a breast augmentation expecting a professional and supportive experience, but unfortunately my overall experience was extremely poor and distressing.

On arrival, I was placed in a shabby hotel located in a scruffy area which was not the hotel I was sent in the photos beforehand. When I was admitted to the hospital, the room was filthy and clearly had not been cleaned properly. I had to request that staff come and clean it. The room also had only one curtain, which covered just half of the window, leaving very little privacy and also letting all the light in the room making it harder to rest and sleep after my surgery.

My first set of pre-operative photos was taken by a man who closed and locked the door behind us, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I was then instructed to take topless photos directly in front of an uncovered window, which felt completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

Basic care and communication were consistently lacking. It took nine hours and multiple requests to just to receive a TV remote. Arooj repeatedly said she was too busy, we were finally given one after asking one of the cleaners who literally gave us it within 2 mins of us asking her so not sure why Arooj couldn’t have sorted this. When I pressed the nurse call buzzer for pain relief, no one came for 15 minutes, and my brother had to leave the room to find someone.

One of the most upsetting incidents occurred when the porter arrived to take me down for surgery. He acted very inappropriately however I can’t actually say what this was or my review will be removed. This was extremely distressing and should never happen to any patient.

The coordinator, Arooj, did not introduce herself — I had to ask for her name. No one met us outside the hospital and we had to enter through the emergency department and ask around to find out who was working for Academy Health. I was rushed into signing documents without being given the opportunity to read them and was told to take photos and read them later which is not great especially when giving medical consent.

My compression bra was incorrectly fitted at the hospital. It was only once I arrived at the hotel that a nurse showed me the correct way to wear it, which was later confirmed by the surgeon on my final day.

Before travelling, I was told I would have an in-person appointment with the surgeon before leaving to ensure everything was okay. Once there, I was told this would only be a video call, and I had to argue with staff to be given the face-to-face appointment I was originally promised.

The only positive aspect of my experience was the surgeon himself. He is clearly skilled, and I am happy with my surgical results. However, this does not outweigh the serious issues with organisation, hygiene, professionalism, communication, and patient care. The only good customer service I received was from Melisa, whom we did not meet until the day we were leaving.

While I am pleased with my results, my overall experience was terrible, and there is a significant amount that needs improving. I would not want any other patient to go through what I experienced.

I had a private cosmetic procedure at this clinic and paid in full for specific surgeries (liposuction and vaginal tightening).

Unfortunately, the procedures I paid for were not fully provided, and the reports given to me do not reflect the agreed procedures.

I have contacted the clinic requesting clarification and correction, but I am still awaiting a satisfactory response.

Company had excellent communication from before I arrived to when I have left and have recovered. They answered all my questions, prompt and really made me feel safe and cared for. They calmed my nerves and really looked after me. My surgeon was great and I’m so happy with my results but the team as a whole really made my experience better!

Firstly, I had been to this clinic back in 2023 and didn’t have a good experience. However, since then the team has been super professional, patient, very organised, have ENGLISH speakers and the booking process, sharing my details for them to set up my transfer from airport to hospital - hospital to hotel - hotel to airport. It was so smooth, I was updated daily on what to expect. I didn’t need to worry about anything. I was part of an active whatsapp group chat wear the staff reply instantly and always informative.

Having worked in the NHS for the past decade as a senior operations director for acute trusts. I would say their standards of medical practice was to very high standards. They’d measure at CQC standards of Excellent! The medications were perfectly prescribed, the medical professionals were really on job, with their documentations, handovers, patient care, hygiene, standards of processes were to very high standards. As a patient I had no side effects, my recovery is going amazing, the scarring is very minimal, the way my needles were injected were perfect. The mannerism of the staff medical and non-medical was better than any care I had in the UK. The doctors were thorough, well observant with really good communication and the care they gave was better than the UK. Manners go a long way and this place is the hybrid approach of manners and medicine. The complimentary gifts made me feel right at home. Even better was the hotel, the place was beautiful, perfect for recovery. The transfers were easy. I loved this experience and would definitely do it again when I have more tweaks. I had 2 surgeries done by this place, breast and nose. Both done perfectly with no complications and desired looks achieved.

Great experience.i got an uplift and implant 450cc I was super nervous and they made sure I was ok. Really friendly staff very polite and helpful couldn’t fault. So was my surgeon he chose the size they definitely no what there doing and I really love my results. Wasn’t sure what I was expecting but I thought my scars was gunna be bigger it’s been 3 weeks and there Nerly gone so happy with everything even the after care and transport was amazing came when ever I needed them super quick aswell everything was perfect. And clean. My spelling is terrible because I can’t barly spell so sorry about that. But thank you a lot for everything

Im currently 2 weeks PO from surgery with Academy Health. I cannot fault them in any way! From the minute I stepped off the plane in Turkey I felt so looked after! Here is my experience from start to finish:
Monday i arrived in Turkey and followed the directions sent to me by the coordinators to find my transport which was super easy, the car took me to a hotel for the first night where I received a txt telling me what time I would be picked up in the morning and where I would be taken and who to meet.
Tuesday. Up early and picked up by the car and taken to the hospital (which was very clean and modern looking) i was welcomed by Arooj who got my paperwork sorted and admitted me to the hospital. We then went to my room and started the pre-op tests. Once they were completed I met with my surgeon who talked me through my procedure and marked me up for surgery. Then it was time to go to the operating theatre! I was wheeled downstairs to the theatre but unfortuantly my Surgeon had an emergency that he had to attend to (through no fault of his or the clinic) and was unable to perform my surgery so I was taken back to my room. The coordinators came in and explained to me what had happened and were trying to find another surgeon to do my surgery. Within 3 hours (during which I had a nap) the amazing coordinators had found another surgeon who would do my surgery! I met with him and he talked me through everything again and what he would be doing (he was very lovely) and I was off to theatre again! I woke up back in my room with a nurse checking on me and hooking me up to painkillers and antibiotics. The nurses came in routinely through the night to check on me and empty my drains. And if I ever needed anything they were only a button push away.
Wednesday I stayed in hospital and was routinely visited by nurses and the coordinators to check on me and make sure I was comfortable. My surgeon came to check on me as well which was lovely.
Thursday afternoon I was discharged to the hotel after the doctor had come and checked me over and made sure I was feeling ok. I was taken by car to the hotel where the nurse met me and helped me to my room and made sure I was settled. They also let me know how long they would be in the hotel and if I needed anything from them to just let them know.
Friday, I had to go back to the hospital to meet with the doctors again to check on my healing and make sure I was fit to fly home the next day. Irem met me when I got to the hospital and took me to meet with the doctor and my surgeon again they were happy with my healing and gave me the go ahead for flying home the next day. A car took me back to the hotel where the nurse came to my room and checked me over again and explained my medication to me again and gave me my aftercare guidelines.
Saturday morning a car came and took me back to the airport to take me home!
I have had cosmetic surgery in the UK as well and the level of care i received is night and day compared to Academy Health Clinic! I would 1000% recommend Academy Health to anyone considering cosmetic surgery!

I had a breast uplift and implants and I’m over the moon ! They are perfect ! The surgeon was amazing , and staff are very helpful and listen to every detail , the hospital was excellent and clean and the hotel was clean and staff made me feel very welcomed , they also have a nurse within the hotel to help you and checks on you in case u need any help . I’m so happy I went with academy health . I’m now home and recovering so well ..

I recently visited Academy Health for a breast uplift with implants, and my experience was outstanding from start to finish. Traveling alone, I felt completely safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the whole journey.

I was picked up from the airport in a comfortable transfer and taken straight to the hospital, where I was warmly welcomed by the lovely Arooj. After all my tests were completed, I went ahead with my surgery, which went smoothly. The nurses checked on me regularly and provided pain relief whenever I needed it, making sure I was always comfortable.

The hotel accommodation was absolutely beautiful, with breakfast included and a wide variety to choose from. Nurses visited me at the hotel every day, helped with my care, and answered all my questions with patience and kindness.

Even now that I’m back in the UK, the aftercare has been incredible. The team is quick to respond on WhatsApp and always very helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Academy Health and will definitely return in the future.

We all go through a stage where we don’t like them and I was assured by Mo that I need to trust the process, she was amazing the whole way through making me feel so comfortable and at ease, I am now in love with them and can not wait for my tummy tuck in the future, the company were so good throughout, and I was treated like royalty. They booked the most amazing hotel for me and the nurse was always there when I needed her (some days 3/4 times a day just to ask questions). No always responded to me very quickly and immediately made me feel very comfortable. I can not recommend this company enough and I will see you again soon!

I had my nose done at academy health and before I done my research, I can honestly say this was hands down the most perfect amazing place, I was treated like a queen from start to finish, surgeon was beautiful. Nurses were so great, I wouldn’t hesitate in booking with them again, they done my nose exactly as I wanted, it’s so beautiful and am in love am very very grateful ☺️

Ich habe meine allererste Operation überhaupt – eine Nasen-OP – bei Academy Health machen lassen. Anfangs hatte ich natürlich viele Zweifel und Gedanken im Kopf: Wie wird die Nase am Ende aussehen? Werden meine Wünsche berücksichtigt? Wird alles so verlaufen, wie ich es mir erhoffe?

Heute kann ich sagen: Ich bin mehr als zufrieden! Meine Nase sieht wunderschön aus und meine Vorstellungen wurden genau umgesetzt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das gesamte Team – vom ersten Moment an habe ich mich unglaublich gut aufgehoben und willkommen gefühlt. Auch die Nachuntersuchungen und die Betreuung im Hotel waren sehr angenehm, sodass ich mich rundum wohlgefühlt habe.

Ich würde jederzeit wieder eine Nasen-OP bei Academy Health machen und kann die Klinik von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

The communication before travelling to Istanbul was great, on arrival collected as agreed by the taxi transfer.
Met at the hotel by a nurse limited English, but nice.
Collected at 6am the next day to go to the airport. Met by the support who spoke good English.
All my observations taken, photos by some random with an iPhone!
Surgeon came and explained what will happen.
Then I was left until 3pm before surgery, obviously couldn’t eat or drink from the previous evening.
I was taken down to theatre by the cleaner and left near the elevator Drs Nurses walking past.
I was then wheeled into the the operating room. Next thing my cannula being injected with something. I asked what it was, I think I was told antibiotic. Then after that the anaesthetic.
I then remember being awoken and back in the hospital room.

My daughter said about 6:15pm the cleaner brought me back and said I had to get onto my hospital bed by myself.
I was woken with food and a drink, then for the nurse to get me to move ( sick all over).
I moved a few steps, she said she’ll be back at 3am to do it again (she didn’t come back).

Woken in the night every 2 hours for observation and pain relief.

Day 2 asked to move so the catheter could come out.
Not so many nurse visits this day. The support came by to see how I was doing. Encouraged water, rest and movement.
Day 3 taxi back to the hotel, met by the nurse, she checked over the incision and put the compression suit back on with all bandages.
Day 4 checked again and dressing removed just compression, back support and waist support on.
Day 5 decided to leave a few days early, had the ok to travel from the surgeon via a WhatsApp call looking at the incision and bruising from liposuction.

Airport awful, baggage checked 4 times. I was asked going through the metal detector to remove my waste band in front of other passengers (awful) I refused. She then with a colleague took me into a cubicle to try and get me to remove it. Again refused!

Day 6 back home, travel was ok, I was worried it was too early but I was fine.

Since being home Ive WhatsApp messaged a Dr who has responded straight away with guidance.

Overall pleased with my progress and results very early days though.

I had my daughter with me who was so bored, the hotel was nice but no outdoor pool for her and once free from hospital.

Overall, I guess it was what was to expected in Turkey, ie the lack of English.
But for the money 360 liposuction and tummy tuck. You’d pay double in the UK and the Turkish surgeons have some of the best reviews in Europe.
