From start i was never excessively pestered to book unlike other companies. I was very nervous but they put my mind at ease, they showed real care and empathy prior to my surgery as I had some very difficult family issues arise, I even rescheduled my operation due to these things and then rescheduled back to my original date a few weeks before coming and they couldn't of been more understanding. We were met at the airport by their team who then notified our transfer driver we were ready to be collected. we were treated with respect and kindness by everyone at the team, the transfers, the hotel staff. Nothing was too much trouble. My surgeon Dr Sarper Mete has given me exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier with my results...11 days post breast Augmentation plus uplift and doing amazing, my partner had teeth work done also and we had staff checking in on us via the chat till gone 10pm at night, my nurses at hospital didnt speak much english but they very quickly let me know this and we used translate tools, no issues at all with communication. The nurses at hospital were with me within minutes if I called (unlike my experiences in uk hospitals) our hotel was brilliant, ive been checked by nurses and doctor at the hotel and the day before flying home checked by my surgeon. I could not of had a better experience, im very thankful to Academy Health for giving me such a smooth and stressful experience. I have and will keep recommending Academy Health to everyone i know and meet. I will absolutely be back for any further surgeries in the future. Many thanks to all involved. Felt Comfortable always someone coming in and telling g em step by step

Had lipo 360’done asked for a butt lift as I’m skinny and of age they recommend bbl better n good butt still saggy telling me to wait a year ! Had further consultations no need to wait a year for a butt lift. I message they take weeks to respond . They trey say surgeon said this and that . I recorded whole consultation my sister in law is Turkish and a barrister all rubbish. O what they said has my medial report given doctor filled dimples in buttocks not what I asked for . Also had Labiaplasty the surgeon said he’d do consultation in theatre he did to was out to slower before he came that came out wrong . DO NO VOME HERE RHEY LIE . Tried to get another £300 after I paid with receipt saying they had charged me wrong price AVOID AT ALL COST

I had breast uplift and implants 9 days ago and I could not be happier.

The thing that stuck out to me is how fantastic academy healths communication has been, everything went like clockwork & so smooth.

Even since getting home, they have contacted me every couple of days to check on how my healing is going and to check the photos that all is okay.

I have used Academy for liposuction and had a great overall experience. They had everything planned down to the last detail, the coordinators were extremely friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease, my surgeon Dr Mete was fantastic and experienced and has done a brilliant job of my body l, and the after care team have also been brilliant checking in on me and sending fruit, as well as providing a lovely lymphatic massage. The whole team speak English also which has been really helpful. Would definitely use them again, should I need future surgery. Thanks again Academy.

i am very happy with my experience at academy health, i got a breast augmentation 7 days ago everything went perfect my results are amazing already. The nurses are there 24.7 to help in the hospital and back at the hotel. i will be back again for sure

I recently went with academy health for my cosmetic surgery, with a mummy makeover being the surgery I was traveling for which was including a tummy tuck, breast uplift with implants, 360, arm, double chin and thigh lipo and upper blephoplast but upon arrival and having my consultation with my surgeon (sarper mete) it was a pleasant surprise that I didn’t need a tummy tuck as I didn’t have enough lose skin so we just went with a 360 lipo and skin tightening, arm lipo, Breast uplift and implants and the upper bleh. I had concerns I had lipedema which again the surgeon confirmed and we agreed to treat this could not be done on the same trip which is why we didn’t go ahead with thigh lipo. So far I am super happy with my results and had complete trust is my surgeon and felt more at ease that we wasn’t going ahead with procedures just for the sake of it for money purposes. I was alone and the hospital staff was lovely, slight language barrier but nothing a translator app couldn’t resolve. Transfer services was great exactly what you’d expect, hotel again great no issues. Even the nurses that see you in the hotel are lovely! My only downfall was the hospital food but you can order food no problem and take snacks before your hospital stay and it is still a hospital so can’t complain. Overall super happy with my experience and I would defiantly recommend. THANK YOU!

Overall, my experience was really well. I came to do 360 lipo and arm lipo what ended up doing Just 360 per as my surgeon said I didn’t need it it gave me reassurance knowing that he didn’t want my money. He wanted the best results for me.

I had my breast lift and augmentation with Academy Health in Istanbul and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

From the moment I arrived, everything was organised and on time — I was never left waiting or unsure about what was happening. The staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly reassuring. I was provided with private transport to and from all appointments, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.

The nurses were wonderful. They checked on me regularly, made sure I had the correct pain medication and antibiotics, and genuinely cared about my comfort and healing. I felt very well looked after throughout my stay.

This is the outcome of finally getting a response from unhappy surgery results. AH took no responsability for complaint, told me my surgeon had left clinic and if i wanted more surgery to fix results i would have to pay. Basically if anything goes wrong thats the chance you take, they wont take responsability or offer any form of compensation. Everything is at your own risk. I suppose thats why its much cheaper. The price certainly reflects on the standard and quality of service. I am very disappointed but lesson learnt. The advice for me was to pay for additional treatments but no refund or discount was offered to help towards cost. Its the no frills of cosmetic surgery bare that in mind.

Over all I am very satisfied with my results and I love it, Arooj is the most friendly of all, but to be honest all the staff at Academy Clinic are all very friendly and helpful you won’t regret going there for any type of of surgery, this is my second time going back to them I had my teeth done last June and now I’m back to get my boobs done, if I could rate them a 100 out to 10 that’s what I would give them.
