Absolute Heating Arvostelua 

If I could give no stars I would. My boiler issue started over 2 weeks ago and still wasn't fixed. They ordered the part incorrectly 3 times and we were then told we needed a new fan and pump. Got a second opinion and low and behold the engineer had put two microswitches into the boiler incorrectly. We had no hot water issue before they attended just heating and this miraculously stopped working too. A change of the switches and everything is working. Seems a bit strange doesn't it? After looking at other reviews it seems quoting for not needed parts seems common. I would avoid at all costs!!

Just had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Absolute Heating and Cooling and was extremely pleased with their work and the finished job. Workers were friendly and steady until job was done. We would recommend them.

There's a trend developing about this business and it's obvious they have very poor customer service. I experienced that myself todayso Avoid.
There's plenty of other heating companies out there so choose them.

Visited 4 times. Cancelled two visits.

After 5 weeks our toilet was not fixed, so we cancelled the job and they charged us £55 for the pleasure.

Another company came and fixed it the same day as we called them.

I booked Absolute Heating using the Local Heroes service to fit a Hive thermostat. The engineer arrived and got to work replacing my old programmer with the new one but shortly after the RCD tripped and a fuse blew. He switched some wires around but the same kept happening. He told me I had a problem with my electrics and that I needed to call an electrician. He promised he'd get my boiler serviced for free as an apology and left, leaving me without hot water and heating.

I eventually found a electrical contractor to come out and have a look. He said there was no problems with my electrics at all but the Absolute Heating engineer had wired up the Hive wrong, and in doing so mixed up all the wires. So the electrician had to trace all the wires to identify which was which.

I called Absolute Heating to complain about the situation who immediately became defensive and unprofessional over the phone and initially refused to do anything about it. They then changed tact and said they needed to see the electricians report before they can do anything.

I provided the electrician's report which clearly shows that the fault was because of the Absolute Heating's engineer. However Absolute Heating refused to resolve the issue because I posted a negative review of them online. They then claimed that the electrician was a friend of mine so the report was doctored. (If I knew an electrician, I'd have got them to fit it in the first place!). The only thing doctored here are their positive Facebook reviews.

Absolute Heating have lied and contradicted themselves constantly. They're far from professional and honest. Avoid them at all costs.

Absolute joke! You need a name change that’s more fitting of the work you do! I was left for 6 days with no heating or hot water. Came the day after on a 24 hour call out, couldn’t fix the issue and said it was the pump and that it would take 7 days? I could have picked it up the same day from 4 different local suppliers. Bearing in mind I was supposed to be a priority due to having children in the house too....Couldn’t give me a date or time even after calling several times, so cancelled. Called another boiler company who fitted me a brand new boiler within 24 hours! Tested the old boiler and it wasn’t even the pump at fault! 7 days waiting for nothing. ABSOLUTE JOKE. On the 6th day I called them to cancel the pump (that I didn’t even need) and they said “what and you’re only just telling us now”? RUDE! Don’t use this company if you need anything doing quickly!

Had a boiler breakdown and I contacted Absolute Heating who came out within a couple of hours. Found the problem quickly and repaired early the following morning. The repair was fully explained and fixed promptly at a very reasonable price...I would not hesitate using Absolute Heating again or to recommend to anyone, excellent service.

We have heating cover with esure , and they use this company , to cover are area, You call there call centre , then some one from absolute calls you back to say , morning or afternoon, , I told the operater , to ring before sending engineer to the house , He rang and said he would wait ,and I would be there in 20 /25mins , had a call at 16.34, i got home at 17.05,and he was not waiting as promised gone , the guy had been to our house before with this arrangement, so one more cold night ,, in the house
