Had several e-mails which I missed due e-mail provider routing them to the spam folder. Just noticed today after signing into the e-mail providers web page. (I use a third party e-mail program and that folder is not monitored/forwarde.) I know that's not your issue, but thought you might want to know.
Speaking to a cutomer rep. on the phone is always helpful and easily accomplished. Thanks for your help
