The package it came in was not sealed…
The package it came in was not sealed closed and there was dust all over it. Inside the catheters were not packed they were just thrown in loosely, with dust on them due to the outer packaging not sealed.
Not happy with this delivery at all...

Very courteous
Very courteous, professional responses in supporting my transition between prescribing doctors. Information exchange was hampered by “call back” requests from abc representatives who didn’t have extension numbers. But eventually we all got the info we needed😁

Everyone was pleasant and professional. Needed to contact the doctor for authorization to renew the prescription which was done. Order was delivered on schedule. Order well packed and accurate.

It took me 4 weeks receive the order
It took me 4 weeks receive the order. Medical diagnosis update was needed again, MD himself called you, I emailed it to you but still you held on to it. I’m very disappointed and fear my next monthly order. Should I place it now because it took 4 weeks to get this? This is bad, shouldn’t happen
