This site is a scam folks avoid at all cost. They will not allow you withdraw any funds. They use every excuse to stop you withdrawing your money. This company is criminal and scamming people. They stole 255 euros from me.

The worst gambling site so far they where good enough to still money from my account but when it comes to pay they block my account and have been holding my winnings for over 3 weeks and still a struggle te get my winnings back I may have to report them to the bank for unfair withdrawals as they won’t allow it to do be carful everyone as they will do the same to you highly not recommended for any one plz opt for a more reliable gambling platform as 888 casino are a bunch of tithes

I would recommend no one to use this company / website as they are far from reputable. Bets not being paid out for weeks on end despite obviously winning and citing software issues. Also their customer support is only an online chat which is of no assistance and you need to contact them continuously citing the same issues and getting the same BOT replies. Far more ‘reputable’ betting websites/ casinos out there to use. 888 is a shambles

Boa noite, escrevo como forma de apelo na ajuda de 2 disputas, sou um jogador viciado compulsivo que quase perdeu a vida para o vício.. fiz o correto e procedi á auto exclusão. Perdi também algum dinheiro em Casinos Ilegais como a Leon, BetOnRed e BetTilt mas felizmente ganhei os casos e recebi reembolso. Desde então tenho estudado bastante, e a minha luta tem sido denunciar todos os dias Casinos ilegais, pelo que podem ver que existem várias denúncias da minha parte.. ou seja, estudei durante vários meses decretos de lei, políticas de jogo responsável, regras de AML anti lavagem de dinheiro e KYC… segue-se de que reparei que 2 casas reguladas pelo SRIJ, a GoldenPark e a 888 Casino não cumpriram com as políticas de jogo responsável, AML ou KYC.. ambas me deixaram depositar valores altíssimos no auge do meu vício, sem qualquer tipo de análise de risco ou entraves.. estamos a falar de valores superiores a 5000€ em questão de horas! Que não vai de todo com que ambos os sites têm escrito na parte de Jogo Responsável, onde ambas alegam terem sistemas avançados de reconhecimento de padrões de vício e jogo compulsivo, tal como dizem que os seus “agentes” estão altamente treinados para detetar comportamentos de adição ao jogo.. Bem… nada disso resultou comigo! Aliás, em ambas as casas sempre só fui mais e mais aliciado até cair na ruína total! Ambas se recusam a dar-me os valores ao certo que joguei… mas foi mesmo muito!! E estava cego pelo vício.. não acho que seja justo. Neste momento tenho um crédito de 17000€ de dívidas de jogo, sim já estava nesse ponto em que usava o cartão de crédito para jogar… e nunca ninguém se lembrou de fazer nenhuma análise ou verificação de fundos… mesmo até para efeitos de Lavagem de dinheiro… como sabiam a legalidade dos depósitos? Mas mesmo assim, deixaram-me depositar tudo o que tinha e não tinha. Sei que supostamente joguei porque “queria” mas sabemos bem que não funciona assim.. estava cego pelo vício, aliás, foi-me diagnosticado Ludopatia (doença do jogo compulsivo) e fui posto em prevenção de suicidio pelo Hospital São João. Apelo ao bom senso do SRIJ, se possível contactar as entidades Golden Park e 888 Casino para tentar ajudar a resolver as queixas. Expus o caso no Portal da Queixa e tentei falar com ambos os Casinos primeiro, porém estou a ser completamente ignorado e ninguém está a dar o devido valor. É engraçado que os Casinos ilegais foram mais sensatos e reconheceram que realmente deveriam ter feito melhor o AML e KYC e devolveram os valores.. a Leon devolveu não só o montante comunicado depois de saberem que tinha adição ao jogo.. devolveram todo mesmo e ainda me ligaram a dizer que levavam o jogo responsável muito a sério e que era uma segunda oportunidade… e estamos a falar de um casino Ilegal não regulado pelo SRIJ. Porque é que um casino ilegal estava a trabalhar “melhor” o jogo responsável do que casas reguladas? Não consigo entender… Ainda por cima estou a ser completamente ignorado e a empresa não vê qualquer tipo de problema na minha disputa. Ainda por cima ambas as empresas aliciaram-me fortemente, com emails, mensagens.. até chamadas no caso da GoldenPark! Com ofertas de bónus, gestores de contas VIP e as “tangas” do costume. Pergunto eu SRIJ, isto não viola algumas regras da Lei do Jogo? Mesmo os depósitos de valores avultados sem qualquer tipo de verificação ou AML feitos, não é legal… ambos os Casinos estiveram mal comigo e falharam, aliás envio em anexo o que diz no Jogo responsável de cada um. Gostaria se fosse possível de resolver as disputas com a devolução dos montantes depositados, visto todo o sistema ter falhado comigo.. se os padrões de risco e regras de depósitos e AML tivessem sido cumpridos não estava nesta situação. Apelo ao bom senso de todas as empresas e entidades envolvidas para tentarmos chegar a uma decisão amigável… se não irei mesmo expor ambos os Casinos e a entidade até me cansar! Nem que tenha que escrever a minha história completa todos os dias no Portal da queixa, CasinoGuru, TrustPilot… mas vou fazê-lo! Acho que se existe mecanismos de proteção e se existem valores de depósito que devem de ser investigados (por exemplo depósitos superiores a 2000€)

My husband has been trying to make a withdrawal since Sunday 11/08/24 and they say that he needs to confirm the address even though it has already been confirmed with the driver's license. The attendants just say "Sorry about this, Sorry about that", they don't solve anything and they keep passing the problem on to each other. The worst casino site we have ever used. Once again I need to contact customer service and nothing works. The help centre on the site is useless. There is no response. There seems to be no valid phone number . Avoid this bookmaker at all costs. I signed up for the £30 free bets offer, deposited and placed the required bet and they refused to credit me the free bets. They are a gang of spivs.

Poor service, no response after 6 days. I’ve provided utility bills and ID, I deposited and then closed my account - they are refusing to pay out because my passport has just ran out of date . Nobody is responding, i’m trying to raise a complaint but they aren’t responding to that either

After signing up and depositing money to their sports site, they hit me with a weird verification request: a selfie with my ID, and threatened to withhold my funds until doing so.

Wish I’d read the reviews before depositing .. had a good win of a few hundred £ today around midday on slots but noticed after pressing ‘spin’ on the winning stake it said the next plays were on bonus. No worries I thought, this spin is cash. Checked after and it assigned the win to my bonus account not cash. Hi, 888 is thieves company. They can close yours account with no reason and they take outstanding money and outstanding bets which are potential winners. In my situation they close my account and send the email about the outstanding money withdraw to my bank account but now are two weeks and no money returned.

my account has been locked for further verification since last christmas, i've since swiftly followed all the instructions stated on the email but nothing got done, i kept resubmitting and receiving the same email, so i simply asked them what was not good and i only got spammed with the same email, and this has been on repeat for the next coming 7 months since christmas til now, i went to the live chat explaining my situation, first agent was understanding of it, told me it'd be fixed within that day, however nothing happened, and then i got spammed again and the whole situation is on infinite loop

so to get out of this loop and get this going, i went to the live chat begging them to find me a way to bypass the email team as they're clearly not reading my emails evidently, it's been 7 months, i asked, i provided, i begged, i ranted, and they only ever replied with the same email, however, the agent simply repeated that i needed to contact their email team, so basically i'm stuck.
