Avoid at all costs, 888 were very happy to take my son’s money but make it very difficult to withdraw. After sending all documents still find errors holding his money for over 3 weeks up-to now. At one point he found it so stressful as he has ADHD and very inpatient gambled his £200 winnings he was waiting to withdraw. Will be looking into the complaints procedures as this is unacceptable and they need reviewing from gambling commission. I can see it’s not just one off incident, so will be looking into how many customers and how much winnings this company has with held and they need to compensate with interest also. If people do not receive their winnings this actually constitutes as theft.

Depositing and losing is easy with sport 888 but as soon as you have a win your account get restricted and can’t sign in. I’ve had no contact from 888 for a week now and I have £3100 in my balance that I can see I’ve contacted the gaming commission and they are investigating it, I’ve been on there joke chat room as my right to withdraw is legal so I asked 888 and they said go to safe cashier to withdraw but you have to upload documents and they don’t get back to you anyone know what else I can do they are just ignoring me. Be warned, they make it very, very difficult for you to get your funds back. To start with it comes up with an error when you try and enter back details, but it’s not an error, it’s a block to stop you. You then have to provide your passport, bank statements, utility bills and other forms of ID before they put you into a queue to process…I’m now at 9 weeks and still no reply and no money back, despite using a complaint resolution company. Now waiting for gambling commissioner to review handling. Use another well know gambling company, not 888 as it’s not worth the hassle. No checks made whatsoever when you’re giving them money…handy for them perhaps.

Signed up to bet on the champions league finals as they had a 10 pound money back bet builder promotion going. I signed up fine, deposited and bet. Lost the bet. I've now just been informed on live chat that I'm not eligible for ANY promotions and my account is being restricted! The operator very, very quickly closed the chat after she copied and pasted this drivel. I had already opted into the promotion - honour your contracts! I've basically just been scammed.

Do not bet with them. They have only live chat and the agents suspended my account because I said two deposits didn't come to my account and it's stressing me out. He purposely misconstrued my chat by concluding that gambling is stressing me out. Also they stopped me on day three from bonuses.
The company uses only e transfers and bank said they cant help as e transfers are same as dropping cash.
I have used other sites since and it's day and night.
