7 Continents Travel Ltd Arvostelua

Was looking for umrah package and came across 7 continents Travel Ltd. I was dealt by Waqas who gave me options in regards to flights, hotel, visa and transfer. I decided to go with the package Waqas recommended as this was the first time i was taking my 4 girls and wife to umrah. Alhamdulillah Waqas gave us the right package and flights. He was always available when i had any queries and information i needed. The hotels both in Makkah and Medina where clean and spacious. The breakfast was okay as not many options for children. Waqas was always available when we was in both Makkah and Medina to see how our trip was. He also contacted me when i got back so would defiantly recommend Waqas for any future trips you have as i have already have friends who have booked with him. Thank you Waqas for making this a memorable trip for me and my family. Aamer

Excellent service... great representative good customer service and a great deal.

Brother aqib was very helpful throughout our booking. Good and efficient customer service.

Mr Durrani has been extremely helpful in organising our umrah package.
Our flights, hotels and visas have all been arranged within a week as per our needs.
Look forward to their continued support throughout our journey.

Be careful of this travel company. Once they take your money they are no longer interested in you. They are just a bunch of thieves who can steal from your cards. If you have issues with them report to IATA , Office of fair trading and the Airlines.

Ali Ahmad is an exception travel Manager. His communication skills are excellent. He is a charming star ⭐ of 7 Continents Travel. My sister in law gave his number To me when I spoke with him I found him very polite and pleasant. May Allah bless him and those who taught him how to deal customers as a Manager.
This is the first time I impressed with any of travel Manager so much despite dealing with so many travel agents.
He is a great asset for 7-Continents Travel . 7-Continents Travel lucky to have him as a Manager. I wish I could hire Ali Ahmad as a Manager in my own company if we spoke earlier.
I would like to pay special tribute to 7-Continents Travel CEO & Director to hire such a professional staff/Manager.
Well Done Ali !
Keep it up
Lots of love and Dua from us.

Very good and efficient service. I dealt with Ayesha and she was great and gave me the confidence to book with them. I highly recommend them

I would highly recommend this 7 continent's travel agent as l had a very good experience with Aqeeb who booked our hotels for umrah.
Aqeeb has very good communication skills and he's a very honest person and very helpful in organising our hotel. He gave us a very good deal and the hotel was also amazing. We stayed in Anjum hotel half board which was nice and
clean and the breakfast and dinner had a big variety and was very delicious .I would highly recommend this agent he is very approachable.

Mr Awais was amazing in helping us to choose a umrah package according to our needs and wishes. He listened attentively and got back to us with good options. I would recommend him as a umrah consultant. Thank you.

Thank you Zain.

You helped me again to navigate the sudden changes to my journey with such dedication and patience. Your ability to deal calmly under pressure is an asset. Thank you for re.booking my flight to Nigeria at such short notice.

On spite of having a lot of forms to fill in the staff person Awan was patient and most helpful when I had a query. The result was a big saving on my flights and a schedule to fit in with my plans. I will highly recommend this company and Awan In particular.

Mashallah, Thanks Mrs Ayesha. we are really thankfull and quiet happy, their service is comparatively cheap and good.
I recieved the service via online, no feeling any types of hasitation.
I already suggested 2,3 friends to get umrah packege.

Kind regards
