7 Continents Travel Ltd Arvostelua

Alhamdulillah had a great trip and everything went smoothly. Muneeb was very helpful and made sure our package was tailored to our needs and he did a really good job. Hotels and services were all well managed. I will be booking with him again inshallah.

Fantastic services always with Danish! Nothing is too much for him to help with to ensure you get the best deals no matter how many times you change your mind and to ensure a fantastic experience when you take out a package with Danish. May God reward in folds. An asset to the company!

Danish was a great help in the experience. I would recommend him every day of the week!

I was dealing with Danish throughout this journey from 7 Continents Travel. He was extremely clear, concise and extremely responsive. Even when times were difficult, due to cancellations because of external factors - Danish took the initiative and managed to get quick turnaround from the hotels in Saudi Arabia, new dates and booked us in. We have just completed our Umrah, and the experience was smooth sailing, competitive prices, extremely trustworthy team. I highly recommend booking with this provider, you’ll not go wrong. 10/10 for communication, servicing and the rest. Will be booking my other flights/hotels through the team in the future!!

We travelled to Malaysia and performed Umrah during the summer of 2026, and once again booked our trip through Brother Taimoor at Makkah Travel / 7-Continents.

This was our third consecutive year booking through Brother Taimoor, and the service has been outstanding every time. From the initial arrangements through to the end of our journey, everything was handled efficiently, professionally and with great care.

The entire trip went exceptionally well, with everything organised and coordinated smoothly. Any queries or requirements were dealt with promptly, giving us peace of mind throughout our travels.

A huge JazakAllahu Khairan to Brother Taimoor and the team for another excellent travel experience.

Thank you so much to Danish for organising our Umrah trip. Everything was amazingly smooth and stress free thanks to him.
Every recommendation was perfect, all travel arrangements were well managed and arrived on time.
We will definitely be using this 7 Continents Travel again and couldn’t thank them enough especially Danish for making our very special trip even better!

I have had very good experience with kaaba tours via brother Danish
He has been very helpful

Thank you so much 7 Continent for the great service. All Umrah trip was well organised.

Brilliant service, customer satisfaction and a follow up on the travel, I must say they are doing really great, specially Mr. Muneeb is a star service provider, I recommend them & wish them more growth and success.

Aoa. Very much satisfied with 7 Continents Travel my flight was reschedule by airline and their sort my issue . All the team members are very cooperative especially usama . It was my 3 experience and am really satisfied. Highly recommend. Thanks usama brother

Very Good, secound time using this company and agent Brother Ibrahim. Excellent service and great communication. Good value for money packages. Will definitely use their services again iA.

We had booked a luxury Umrah package with Etihad Travels, a subsidiary of 7-Continental Travel, and from start to finish the service was outstanding. Brother Ibrahim planned every detail meticulously and was always attentive, professional, and incredibly prompt in answering all of our questions.

Unfortunately, due to the war in the Middle East, we made the difficult decision not to travel. What truly showed their character was what happened next. Ibrahim and his associate Shahzad worked on our behalf to recover as much money as possible from the hotels and airlines. Throughout the process they were honest, transparent, and upfront with us at every stage.

It is easy to provide good service when everything goes smoothly, but the real test is how a company supports its customers when plans change unexpectedly. Etihad Travels/7-Continents Travel handled a very stressful situation with integrity, compassion, and professionalism.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to book Umrah or other travel arrangements with peace of mind. InshaAllah, we will certainly be travelling with them again.

I had a very good experience booking my Umrah through Kabah Tour. Awan was the agent who helped me throughout the process, and his service was excellent from start to finish.

He was very supportive, professional, and always available to answer my questions. He made everything clear and easy to understand, which really helped make the whole booking process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated his patience and guidance while arranging such an important journey.

My Umrah trip was well organised, and I’m very grateful for the assistance I received. I would definitely recommend Kabah Tour, especially Awan, to anyone planning their Umrah.

Jordan was very helpful and supportive all through the period of buying my tickets and reassurance was the top notch because at some point I was thinking in my head that I have entered one chance. But Jordan reassured me and give me the confidence that all my details are safe. He did all he promised to do without prompting which really shows he is a reliable person. I recommend that you ask for him whenever you want to buy ticket with 7 continent travels

Very disappointing and misleading experience.

I was told by the agent (Nabila) that I had to book a one-leg transportation service in order to obtain an Umrah visa. Based on this, I paid for the service. However, I later found out that the visa had already been issued before the purchase, meaning this was NOT required at all.

This is completely misleading and not transparent.

The communication was unprofessional, and when I raised the issue, neither the agent nor the management provided proper support or a fair resolution. Despite their own terms allowing a full refund, they refused to refund me fully and only offered a partial amount without justification.

Be very careful dealing with this agency. Make sure you double-check everything, as the information provided is not always accurate.

I would not recommend their services based on my experience.

Awan’s customer service was excellent
Very helpful and responded promptly
