I find it refreshing that customer service is put at the top of your list and must admit you are one of the most accommodating companies I have come across in a while. We have just purchased another set of your furniture and you have kindly arranged for replacement covers to match the rest of our furniture, as you had to send out the Plain Taupe to replace the settee unit and foot stool last year as it was delivered in a different colour there was no messing about, no ifs or buts just changed, makes a change nowadays that is for sure.
Totally and utterly recommend both your products, which are second to none, and your customer service is brilliant, keep up the good work.

I purchased 8 seater Sussex table and chair garden furniture set in 2017, which we have been extremely pleased with. Contacted 4SO a few days ago as the rubber feet, as one would expect over time, had worn down. Also, the rubber suction pads on the table had turned yellow. Simply asked whether replacement was possible. Very positive result and all items are en route. This is a very genuine company, which is so refreshing in this day and age.

Very happy with the purchase of Kingston furniture from 4 seasons. Very good quality product and attractive. I bought the set in January but only unpacked the cushions recently and found an error in size of one cushion. The customer service was fantastic and I received a replacement immediately. Would certainly purchase from this company in the future.

Bought a very substantial turning parasol from this company last year and it worked brilliantly last summer, unfortunately over the winter it stopped turning so contacted them and got a very prompt response with advice from a technician that solved the problem (WD40 sprayed around the turning mechanism - we live near the sea so salt in the air is a common problem). Very pleased with the product and the service - thanks Natasha!

I contacted 4Seasons about purchasing a replacement sofa cushion cover. The issue wasn't a fault but caused by a mouse taking a shine to the corner of the cover!

Amazing service! Not only did they respond to my email quickly, but they arranged to send me a replacement free of charge as a gesture of goodwill.

Purchased our furniture 7 years ago, contacted 4 seasons regarding some advice. They arranged for a technician to visit us. He replaced all the caps on all chairs and checked the weave on the table.
Very courteous, professional and friendly. The furniture still looks like new. Service from this company is exceptional.

Unfortunately, we found a scratch on the glass of our patio table. When 4Seasons were contacted they responded quickly to resolve the issue and when their first solution to the problem didn’t work, they replaced the glass without delay. Very efficient service.

We purchased 2 glass top tables with chairs,cushions, and a Parasol in 2017 and everything has been kept outdoors (apart from cushions stored in a dry place and a cover over the parasol).The quality is superb and we have seen no deterioration. The Parasol cover recently became torn and 4SO Customer Service have promptly replaced it FOC without any quibbles. Excellent quality and service!

We have only just purchased this furniture, so it is early days to report upon long term quality control. However, the furniture presents in a very nice way, kit looks good, is extremely comfortable to sit on and the cushions provided are excellant and form to your back as you lean in.
The product looks very nice and so far our family and friends are very envious. I am sure this will last a long time, no other reason but the 10 year warrantee given, that is a true sign of product confidence.

Very pleased with my purchase, Sussex Bistro. It is everything it promised to be, strong, sturdy, looks good and feels good to sit in.

We have gravitated from the standard outdoor table and six chairs, to a 4S suite and parasol. It has transformed the way we live in the summer - to, effectively, a comfortable outdoor lounge. We are in our second year: it easily survived the winter (cushions removed and stowed in a dry area), and now with the addition of a parasol it all just feels so cosy.
Last week I had cause to email 4S because my parasol would not close. A prompt response quickly cured the problem - I had trapped one of the spokes but kept winding. Very impressive customer service.
Beautiful kit - not cheap but the quality of workmanship and durability is second to none and will give us years of outdoor enjoyment.

We received excellent service from 4Season Outdoor, we purchased a Sussex Bistro Set from a local retailer, but found when we got it home the glass very dull and nothing we could do would make it sparkle, the retailer didn’t have another to change it with so I decided to get in touch with customer services at 4SO and they sent out a replacement glass with no quibble or cost.

We purchased two sets of 4SO garden furniture 8 years ago. It is still in top condition despite being stored outdoors uncovered for the whole period. One slight weave problem on a table edge resolved immediately even though well outside guarantee period. Good product, good service!

Have had a garden table and eight chairs for over 5 Years and the set still looks brand new even though it is uncovered the whole year. The suckers that hold the glass top have discoloured. I sent an e-mail and within a day I had a response and they sent me a new set free of charge.
I can not recommend this company more highly for service and quality of product.

There after care service is second to none. Brought a lot of their garden furniture and had a problem with the collars of the feet. I contacted the customer service team and Natasha sorted out the problem straight away and couldn’t be more helpful. I would recommend their products and service any time.
