Great price, very prompt delivery, it arrived the day after I ordered it, I didn't pay for Saturday delivery but it arrived then anyway.
The phone was in perfect condition as described.
Very pleased with my purchase & added bonus for their recycling of old phones.

What an excellent company. Having recently been burned by another company trading through eBay, I had a few questions to ask about potentially purchasing a phone from 4gadgets. They responded to my queries promptly and in full, enabling me to go ahead and purchase in confidence.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy A56 in excellent condition with the best being pristine. But honestly I'm glad I did because the phone is like new. Not a mark or scratch on it. Came in a proper box with a charger too. Very pleased with my purchase, and would highly recommend this company. Delivery was just 2 days with tracking details. It's unnerving buying from a company you've not used before especially for the amount of money a phone costs. So seeing reviews like this will hopefully help someone with their decision ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

12th order ( 11302370) some great phones , but there's always some issue or other, see previous reviews.
Final straw this time.
Ordered on Thursday, they always say next day delivery , ive never received phone the next day it's always taken Two days , this occasion I paid £10 extra to recieve a Saturday delivery, ive just received notification from DPD that it will be delivered on MONDAY.
So that's me finished with this business. They promise next day , but even when you pay extra they cant get it right. The next day is false advertising, but when you pay extra in good time for the Saturday delivery and don't get it then I'm afraid I'm not listening to their excuses anymore . No more custom from me.

I chose to upgrade to a Samsung S24, Pristine condition, mobile phone. 4 Gadgets provided it at a competitive price and the condition was as specified. No issues experienced.

Over the years I have probably ordered 5 or 6 phones from 4gadgets and each time the condition of the phones have been great. I have never had any issues with any of the phones that I have bought nor any issues with battery health.
I can only comment on the ones that I have bought, they have either been Samsung Ultras or Samsung+ and I have bought Pristine, Excellent or Good conditions.
I also have found the customer service team to be excellent with any issues and advice.
I also am of the opinion that their prices are very competitive.
Through my experience of using 4gadgets over the years, they are always my first choice to go to, when I want to buy a refurbished phone and I have also recommended 4gadgets to my family and friends.
I have always found 4gadgets easy to deal with and would also add through my experiences with them, they are very honest, reliable and trustworthy to buy from. Which in my view is full credit to them.

Fast delivery on well advertised product..

I have had the phone for nearly 2 weeks as of wrting this so not the most reliable review however...

I brought a Samsung S24 pristine condition and it did exceed expectations with one thing. Of course it has no marks or scratches anywhere so its a brand new looking phone. But the battery health on it is 97% which is basically brand new, normally you get about 85%.

I got free next day delivery, it came boxed in very well in foam and phone in plastic to ensure it doesn't get scratched up during delivery.

Ordered excellent condition phone, it came but top left of the screen was misaligned, there was a space between screen and frame, every other edge/corner was flush. Dirt/dust could easily collect in this small space. Got in touch was asked to return, on inspection they'd replace. I needed a new phone urgently, all the images clearly showed a misaligned screen. Was told they couldn't do anything until returned. I returned the phone the next day, it's got lost in the post. Royal mail tracking shows its stuck at a depot. I contacted by phone several times, no answer, so emailed you. Was told it has to be lost 10 days, before anything can be done! I need a phone and nothing is being done to help.

My Samsung Flip4 is in excellent condition as described, and despatch was prompt. This should have been 5 stars but you used DPD. A big mistake. They claimed we "missed" the delivery. We didn't and had to wait until the next day!

Ordered a Pristine Samsung S25+ and was well pleased when I opened the package. It certainly was pristine and a big saving on a brand new phone.

The order process was very easily completed although could not get Klarna to work with my bank account. Pay-Pal was easy to pay through and order completed well. Problem was that specification on advert did not include tablet size and when it arrived it was far bigger than required. Return process worked very well though.

Very happy with the whole process. Website easy to use, with clear descriptions and prices of the products and the explanation of the condition of item. The buying process also easy to use. The item was delivered securely the following day. I am very happy with the whole process
