I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra in Pristine Condition with 1TB of storage from 4Gadgets, and I’m extremely happy with my purchase.

The phone arrived on time today via DPD and was very well packaged. As soon as I opened it, I was impressed by the condition - it was absolutely spotless, with no scratches, dents, marks or noticeable signs of wear.

The phone started up perfectly and has been incredibly fast and smooth to use. I was also very pleased to see that the battery health is still at an excellent 98%.

Overall, the phone has exceeded my expectations for a refurbished device. The condition is fantastic, the performance is excellent, and the battery health is much better than I expected.

I’m genuinely very happy with both 4Gadgets and my purchase, and based on my experience I would definitely recommend them and happily buy from them again.

I brought a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S22 plus from 4-gadgets in March 2023. Never had any issues with the phone. I have now decided to upgrade to a Galaxy S24 plus and was given a good trade in price for I my old S22 plus by another supplier. However I've now been told that my old S22 plus is Knox Locked and I can't sell it. I called 4-gadget customer services to ask why I was sold a Knox Lock phone originally, as this shouldn't happen. I do not have the original order number for the phone as I've lost the paperwork but I do have proof from bank statements that I purchased the phone from 4 gadgets, but they said that unless I can provide an order number they are refusing to help. Surely from my full contact details as to where they sent the phone they can find the original order details, eventhough I have bank statements showing payment to them. NOT GOOD!

Bought an s25u in pristine conditions that arrived in a non original box which ok although disappointing but most importantly it was clearly heavily used with over 250 battery cycles.
Contacted support and they just replied pristine apples to cosmetic not actual use. I have bought many refurbished phone in the past and even very good ratings were usually brand new with far less usage than this one. The phone is ok and shipped quickly but should not have been sold as pristine that was a misrepresentation at most as good/very good

Bought Samsung S25 (512gb) in grade Good, was worried it would have some marks on the screen or body - it had none! Also, the battery health was 100% and everything else like promised on the website and in emails (wanted to make sure I got UK model), so can recommend 4gadgets to everyone!

Bad Customer Service team, purchased phone and i opened it a few days after it arrived to see it was damaged, I emailed up see if they could repair or replace. They said as its been a few days since the phone was delivered they are not responsible....

Went straight to PayPal and they said refunded me immediately, learn about the Consumer Rights Act 2015 4Gadgets, I won't be using you again.

Awful company, purchased phone, didn't arrive on delivery day, called to chase up, and told they dont have in stock.

They responded quickly when the phone is initially bought wasn't working. My replacement 'new to me' phone works great and looks good.

Really great service ordered a phone at 11am it arrived by 11.30 am the next day easy tracking for delivery with options if need to help them find you this is the second phone I have got from 4gadgets both times have been great.

Sent x2 really good condition S21 Ultra phones for a trade in offer. Made counter offers claiming both phones were cracked, had their rear covers pulled off and did not work. So far away from the condition of my phones it is nothing short of deceit. I am so concerned by the extent of what they are claiming that I am considering a fraud report to the police. Not even Royal Mail can break the seals and take the back covers off of a phone in transit. Stay well away.

I was originally looking for an Excellent condition S23 Ultra after my trusted OnePlus 10 Pro started showing its age—needing charging a couple of times a day and running noticeably hotter. I wasn't keen on paying for a repair or spending flagship money on a new phone, so I took a chance on a refurbished Samsung. I'd never really wanted a Samsung before (I was an HTC user back in the day), but here we are.

The phone arrived exactly as described—if anything, better than described. Apart from some very minor scuffing on the metal frame and around the USB-C port, it is in excellent condition. The battery health is 86%, which is perfectly acceptable for a refurbished device, and the 512 GB model for £304 with a 12-month warranty felt like exceptional value.

Delivery was prompt, and the phone was extremely well packaged.

As for the phone itself, I like it far more than I expected. My only gripe is with Samsung rather than 4gadgets—I dislike how many features push you towards creating a Samsung account. You can't even run device diagnostics without signing in. But that's hardly the retailer's fault.

One small suggestion for 4gadgets: it would be a nice touch to include a basic plastic screen protector already fitted. They're inexpensive, protect the display from day one, and would make the unboxing experience even better.

Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase and wouldn't hesitate to buy from 4gadgets again.
