What a piece of shitecompany. They will not respond to any emails calls complaints they will not refund you and they will not cancel your order. Even if you try cancelling one day after purchase. Trust me I know. You'll probably be better off selling the trash material the dress is made of to someone else.

All of the positive reviews are bought by the company to make themselves look better. This is a scam company, please do not waste your money, you will not get refunded and the dress either will look disgusting and nothing like the picture or will not come in general. Read the one star reviews to see the REAL reviews. Most of the fake reviews do not even have proper grammar. This company is from China and is probably paying poor workers less than a dollar an hour to make these dresses.

Great website, excellent products! Everything came with excellent fit, and earlier than expected. Prices are good, and there are a lot of different dresses to chose from. It is easy to order and I am definitely buying again from them.

I realized that they are not the original designers of the dresses they post . They don’t even take their own pictures and now I see why . The quality is trash . The fabric look very cheap which is why the dresses are very cheap . The dress they sent looks nothing like the picture and I wasn’t able to get a refund ! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Company uses other businesses videos and pictures ( they take off the watermarks for these companies). The material is cheap and this company has a bad reputation for stealing designs

I have ordered a floral dress from 27dress. The product is wonderful. The print is crisp and clear. The material feels wonderful, fit perfectly and looks amazing. Very happy with this, my new fave office dress, or going out. I had my doubts on some of these reviews but wow! Fit perfectly. Better than perfectly.

This dress looks charming on the website and when I got it I can only say its surpassed all my expectations! I went by the measurements guide and had my dress customized and it came in perfectly for me. Anyone who know about sewing, the final touches are important. Inside the dress is a covered elastic with bra hooks to secure the strapless dress. Thank you, 27dress.

But the dress came earlier than intended, and I was beyond happy with the quality. Lying thieves. They ruined my wedding

Do not buy anything from 27dress.com. You will regret it! Dresses are not as advertised. They are cheap poorly made knock offs of what they show in the pictures. If you can convince them to let you return the dress they will only except dhl. Which for me cost 97$ to ship an 85$ dress. If you are wondering why the website has such good reviews. It’s because all the reviews on the website have to be approved by the website.

I think 1 star is not even considered for this site. It came on time but the quality of the dress is horrible

It is a scam! Do not buy from them!!!!! I had the worst experience with this company. We ordered a prom dress for my daughter and paid the extra $$$ for rush shipping. We did not receive the dress on the date promised. In fact, It didn't arrive until a week after prom. When it did arrived it was the wrong color, looked nothing like the picture, did not fit and was poor quality fabric. I have sent over 30 emails (as this is the only way to contact them) to this company trying to get shipping, return and refunds. It cost be more than the dress to send it back.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!! Sent a dress made so poorly that our 92 pound daughter couldn't even pull it up. The legs were so tight you couldn't even get it up one leg! When I made a request for return they responded with wanting pictures. I immediately sent back pictures to prove it. They wanted pictures with measurements, I sent the pictures showing the erroneous measurements. They wanted pictures from a seamstress measuring it, I sent pictures of a professional seamstress with the measurements. She said this dress was made just completely wrong and that the custom measurements I had sent were all correct. They would not offer any resolution!! They would not post my comment on their website or Facebook page to WARN other people not to waste their hard earned money!! Their phone number doesn't work. We are out $250 plus the time going to the seamstress for their run around, and my daughter doesn't have the dress she wanted for her prom. We've used DH Gate for several dresses and have never had a problem. 27Dress is a SCAM!!!! They will steal your money.

Very misleading company with wrong information on site and horrible customer service that aren’t helpful with problems. I ordered a dress for my wedding in 3 month a size bigger than what I would normally wear and it came 2 sizes smaller, I asked for an exchange I the person on email was not understanding and just keeps saying they cannot accept return. The fabric was wrong as well on the website from what was received. I was going to order 7 more bridesmaid dresses from them but they dealt with me horribly. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!!
