I dont get married until April 2027, however the search for a dress started. I saw this company online and thought there worth a try.I put in a wedding date for August and the dress didnt turn up until at least 2 weeks after the "wedding" day selected which was approx 6 weeks from ordering.I recieved a ripped parcel bag,but I still thought we will give it a try. The dress was nothing like the picture, while the sizing was perfect the dress was made from polyester, which was marked on the label not lace, it resembled sand paper to touch and the shape was completely different.The "lace" was basically a pattern stuck on to a rough mesh background, all the "lace" scalloping around the arms that looked elegant and beautiful on the picture was just flat,the neck area had no structure and the bottom of the dress had large running stiches along it.I raised my concerned with the company, and they kept trying to get me to cancel my dispute with my payment provider (who i selected as i was wary of the company) before they could assist.They have offered me 40% back on the price I paid for the dress to apparently cover shipping and taxes, even though I only paid £19.99 originally. This means from a £230 dress I would recieve approx £92 back.I have an open dispute with the payment company that I used and I've been advised i'm protected by them and not to close the dispute. I know have to wait another 4 weeks for the payment provider to step in to provide a refund. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF IN THIS POSITION AND RUIN YOUR WEDDING DAY!. I luckily have the time to purchase a dress now,this is my second marriage and I didnt want ro splash out all that money again. However, I have come across some bridal outlets that have significant savings on there gowns. So I will just shop there now. You've been warned.

Absolutely terrible. I paid extra to have expedited shipping. Then it wasn't shipped on time. When I asked for my refund they said only 40%. Not acceptable since I paid extra for it to be delivered earlier. I never received my dress or any refund. They quit responding to my emails.

Absolutely appalling dress. Nothing like the picture. Looks like a fancy dress costume. Utterly disgusting. Do not order from this site, you will be wasting your money.

Please don't waste your time on this website I ordered a dress wich i never received delivery company didint deliver and returned to sender for a reason I'm not sure why this is going on since early September and I'm still waiting for a refund they keep telling me all I can receive is 20% refund on the dress amount as its been lost in transit a shambles of a website

This company is a sham! They sent a dress that is sewn inside out! They asked for numerous pictures and then said they were busy replacing it. After more than 20 emails they said that email was meant for another customer. My choice - accept 20% refund or a very expensive return. Totally fraudulent practices!

I ordered it an elegant dress, instead it came cheap version of it. It is companies scheming process when they send dresses that not what are they showing. And then they give you an option of only 50% refund or 20% discount for future purchases. Please save your money and don’t even bother going on this website.

Reading all the good reviews they are from Philippines and Romania and they have all bought a lot of wedding dresses each and left similar reviews on each site

I ordered a dress from 27dresses they sent me the wrong color dress and doesn’t look like the picture. The dress looks used. I texted their phone number, called them, and emailed them. They responded twice in their email than ignored me saying it is my fault even the dress does not look like the picture and the color is completely different. I don’t even know what the size is because there was no tags on the dress, quality looks used. I just now seeing all these other reviews and they all had the same experience as me. I lost $200 on this dress that is not what I ordered. How can these people keep getting away with this?? Please don’t order anything from 27dresses website. It is definitely a scam website.

Do not buy on this site! My girlfriend bought a dress, and it was clearly advertised as a white wedding dress and the pictures were clearly white, but she got a pink dress and the measurements didn’t fit at all, it was a lot puffier that in the pictures and the neckline wasn’t at all as in the pictures. So, she was very very disappointed in the dress. We wanted to return it and get our money back and that’s our right as customers because the color was completely wrong and that’s the fault of the seller. But they only wrote us back once, that they would make us a new dress in white. When we said, that we just wanted to return the dress and get our money back because the dress was in every other aspect really terrible, too, they didn’t answer anymore. We tried several different ways to reach them and they don’t answer. So, if you want a nice dress, this is definitely not the place to buy, the dress is nothing like in the pictures! And if you want a save place to buy, where you can return a dress and get your money back when it‘s completely wrong and it’s the sellers fault, because it isn’t at all the way it was presented on the website, then this place is also definitely not recommendable.
It’s a fraud and you won’t get your money back when they made a mistake and sent you a completely wrong dress!

I ordered a prom dress from this site got the wrong dress and multiple apologies. NEVER got my refund I have emails stating they sent the wrong item they will refund me and still no refund. I can no longer write in their page because i refuse to loose $290 even though it has been almost 2 years.

I wish I could give this site a 0. I paid $265 for a dress. The one they sent was nowhere near the picture. My husband say the patterns look like a curtain. I have tried messaging, emailing, and calling and I have not gotten a response yet!! This is definitely a scam!!

NEVER order from this site!! I ordered a dress for $139. and I ordered a size larger than normal, it wouldn't even fit my size 6 daughter! They've refused a refund! It CAME FROM CHINA!!

Absolutely fell in love with this dress. I'm 5'5, 140, 34C. A medium fit me perfectly. The dress needs to be hemmed even with heels, but that's an easy fix. The fabric is excellent quality and the lace top feels exactly like a bralette - soft. Honestly might buy this dress again in another color.

Absolutely beautiful dress. Bought it for my wedding very glad I read the reviews so I ordered 2 sizes larger than normal. I usually wear a 12ish and I ordered the 14 which fits very well. Very happy overall the dress itself is made well and absolutely beautiful. Great deal for the price

Like others have said, I was surprised with my purchase. My dress fitted as expected, I bought a large for the length but a medium would have been good. I am 5'9 and usually wear a medium, but if you're like me who won't be wearing heels a large will give you the perfect length. I will purchase from this seller again. The other reviews helped me alot. Keep it up!
