Fantastic experience from start to finish. Our EV charger installation was quite complicated and required additional groundwork, but the team handled everything professionally and efficiently. The guys were great throughout — friendly, knowledgeable, and worked really hard to get everything sorted properly. Very pleased with the result and would highly recommend!

Extremely professional and supportive throughout the whole process. Very competitive pricing and easy to deal with. Great fitting service, time slot given, updated throughout and told when fitter was on his way. Did everything to a high standard and took great care. 2nd time I’ve used them and would recommend them fully to anyone needing an EV charger.

Our charging needs were thoroughly discussed prior to installation. Communication was great up to and including installation day. The engineer was polite and knowledgeable and took time to explain the process. Installation completed without fuss or mess

Very knowledgeable and competent installer

Very good installation. Arrived on time. Explained everything. Took the time to work out best cabling route and placing of the charger with me. Would recommend.

These guys were spot on with service.

I was delayed by months due to having a gully installed via the council but 247EV kept in touch along the way.

Eventually things came together and I was also able to claim the government grant for installation and these guys made it seamless.

Thank you!

Very clean, tidy, precise fitting of cables and charger. Very friendly worker who explained what he was doing as he went on. Explanation for use simple and clear. Job well done.

The whole process was made very smooth with great admin staff and regular updates on progress. They dealt with all the correspondence with the electricity provider and helped advise on what installation was right for us. The installer was polite, helpful, on time and tidy. Very happy customer

I was very pleased with the ordering experience and the guidance given by the office prior to agreeing. Although the waiting period was longer than expected, the electrician turned up on time, was thoroughly informative through the process and exceedingly helpful in setting up the app and ensuring all facets were working before leaving my home. Tidying all the area prior to leaving . Very pleased with the set up.

Good communication, excellent service by Ryan who informed us of arrival time and ensured the installation went smoothly and enabled the App so we were up and running straight away.

Excellent service provided for the installation of my Hypervolt charger and at a competitive cost. Communication throughout was excellent and any issues were dealt with. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasant and efficient experience start to end, and the installer did a great job taking our concerns into account, and did a very tidy and convenient install.
Great customer communication, very happy with our EV charger install.

A neighbour recommended this company and I can see why. They answer the phone straight away and are very courteous and polite. I explained to Chris what I needed (just an installation) and he gave me a price and date. I was sent an invoice for the agreed price to be paid a week before installation and received text messages to remind me about the time of the forthcoming installation. The young man - Owen - who installed the charger was on time, very polite and courteous, and he did a very neat job - no mess. He explained everything before he left as well. Extremely satisfied with the service.

Very friendly installer (Dominic) who was very tidy, very willing to ensure the cabling was as unobtrusive as possible when running to the fuse board in the middle of the house, and very helpful explaining the setup and configuration. Overall, very happy with the install. Pre- install just as easy - few photos, a video, quick follow up call and then all agreed

Arranging the installation was very easy: very good communication.
Our installer, Danny, was superb. He was courteous, professional, with attention to detail and took his time to go through the whole process with us. I couldn’t recommend 247EV highly enough

Simple ordering process followed by swift delivery of charger and contact within two days to arrange fitting by a local accredited installer, who by the way was also brilliant.
Overall a really professional and customer centred experience!
