From start to finish the communication & service was great. The Team were very helpful on the phone. The installer, Ryan, was very professional and did a great job installing the charger. He ensured that the app was working before he left. I would recommend this Company.

247 were extremely helpful. Great advice on how the system should be set up for the new and existing equipment. The installer knew exactly what needed to be done, did a very tidy job and explained everything I needed to know and do.

Great service from start to finish. All the office based staff were very helpful and the engineer was spot on.

Great install. Electrician very friendly and excellent workmanship.

Excellent communication throughout and the electrician who fitted the charger was polite, professional and left everything tidy. He helped me set up the App on my phone and took time to explain everything before he left. I would recommend this company.

Great communication from the very start, easy to get started and it’s very well explained how to provide the details they need to quote the job.

Installation was smooth, Tim was super friendly and knowledgeable! He also did a great job of the actual work. You would think the car charger came fitted to the house as standard.

All round a faultless experience.

Great experience with 247EV from start to finish. They installed an EV charger on the outside of our garden office, as well as laying all the cabling and fitting a new consumer unit. The work was neat, professional, and completed to a really high standard. The team were friendly, turned up on time, and explained everything clearly. Very happy with the installation and would definitely recommend them.

Excellent customer service from start to finish . Tim who came for the installation was very good and did the job well. It’s good to see a happy and knowledgeable installer

We had a really positive experience with our installation and Tim our installer was really helpful about giving us advice on where to put the EV charger, thinking of options we hadn’t thought of. He was extremely polite, reliable and knowledgeable about his work and completed the installation with ease and very little disruption. He helped us to set up the EV charger with the app and explained how things worked. We would certainly recommend Tim and 247ev to our friends and family and we were grateful for the updates received from starting the application process to final installation. I felt I was kept informed throughout the whole process which was very well organised! Thank you to Tim and the team at 247e who answered all my queries about getting an EV charger. We are extremely happy with the end result! Keep up the excellent work!

Great communication throughout by 247EV who kept me updated as installation date approached. They had been appointed by Hypervolt who I bought the charger off.
On the day of installation the engineer was friendly, helpful and walked me through the process (I'm just kept him plied with coffee). After installation no mess left and very tidy, I was given a walkthrough of the app and charger. Recommended.

This was a seamless EV charger installation from start to finish. 247ev kept me well informed and updated. Their installer arrived on time as promised. He was very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend their services.

The EV installer arrived early within the three hour time, there was great communication and the EV charger was fitted exactly as discussed.
Very professional service!!

Danielle, Stella and the team were open honest and extremely helpful as I struggled with the new grant scheme. They listened and amended the booking twice to align with the delays in getting the grant. Once the grant was given, I had an installation the next week. It was superb!
