I was applying for a visa but you only apply for authorization and I paid 70 for that, normally it's free, and you wrote on your site that you can apply for a visa, but in fact no you don't

A good way to book accommodations in Iran, and the customer service staff gives immediate response to my inquiries, and follow up the hotel booking confirmations. They offer better price. I appreciated their service.

After booking the ticket, I'm not sure if it was successful. The refund has not arrived yet.

A very easy IR Iran visa application process. 1stQuest were emailed confirmations from company aswell as personal emails from staff offering support.
A very efficient result, with the e-visa approved within three days.
Hotels bookings can be made with chosen accommodation. Tours can also be booked.

I would like to express my gratitude to this travel agency.
This was our first experience of visiting Iran, so we had no idea how to arrange things there, which apps are working, how to pay, how to dress, what to see in our free time.
I have found 1stQuest on the internet, there were other options, but I've chosen them based on the excellent reviews they have and it turned out to be a great choice!
Sorour - an amazing lady, answering your questions seconds after you ask them, arranged all the things for us perfectly: visa, hotel, transfers from and to the airport, city tour. She was always in contact, always there to help. We are very happy with this trip, I would definitely love to come back to Iran again and definitely will ask 1STQuest for the further assistance!

I was inquiring about the visa process and reached out to the agent via WhatsApp. All communication was respectful and inquisitive in nature, how ever the response was extremely delayed. All correspondence was not clear and it one worded. Needless to say, this not a responsive and helpful agency to book for Iran. I highly suggest using another platform, I waited a week and still no response or explanation towards obtaining my visa or even beginning the process. I was not only shocked that this agency is open and running but that they are on the top of the list when you can find another travel agency that provides excellent services.

I used this platform twice, and in both cases they were excellent.

It was great to be able to book Iranian air tickets and hotels on the English site, which are not available on regular popular travel sites. In addition, I received a quick response to my numerous inquiries. What's more, they were very polite and helpful. Their website is also extremely easy to use. This is a must-have site for foreigners traveling to Iran.

Everything was OK, until my flight booked via 1stQuest was canceled. I don't know who's fault it is, but it was a real problem for me

Slow and late response, took five days to respond after the hotel was completely booked, then they changed our hotel but missed the number of guests, and forced us to pay more when we arrived although it was the same room we agreed upon (a suite for 4 people)!

1stQuest was very efficient in securing me hotels and a tour guide. Their tour guide Mohsen was extremely kind, knowledgeable and proficient in the English language. Sorour is very kind and responsive and helped me tailor my trip even though I had to make several unexpected changes. They also take MasterCard and VISA payments, ideal for westerners travelling to Iran. Highly recommend them.

They are courteous, professional and helpful.
