1st Glass UK Arvostelua

I had the front door replaced by 1st Glass UK. We had a dark grey with lead, tinted glass.
The fitter Lee was a very kind/professional at all times. The workmanship/fitting was to a very high standard and cleaned up at the end.
I highly recommend 1st Glass UK as iv had all my properties done from them.
Thank You...

Extremely pleased with our new patio door. The fitters have done a wonderful job from start to finish & cleaned the area on completion.
We highly recommend First Glass UK

Great company for windows and doors at a reasonable price and great service from start to finish. They always go above and beyond. They also have a sister company if you need any repairs on your old windows or doors which we have also used a few times. Great service, great price and 100% recommend.

Fantastic workmanship
By Anthony and Kevin today.
Very pleased.
Top workmanship.
Thank you

1st Glass beat all the quotes from local companies. Their non-pushy representative gave clear information about their products. I ordered 2 very large bay windows and a front door and surround. Despite driving 97km the 2 fitters arrived early and 'worked their socks off'. Apart from a short lunch break they didn't stop until they finished the job at 6.20 pm, facing the long drive back. Nothing was too much trouble. The work was meticulously done, and I am delighted with the results. They also left the new door, windows and frames sparkling clean, swept and vacuumed my floors inside and paths outside, and removed every trace of their work. Two very hard-working, helpful and pleasant men.
I would highly recommend this company for your new windows and doors.

Aaron did an amazing job fitting a new porch door for us

Had two windows installed by Adil and Junaid. I was very impressed with how professional they were from start to finish. The quality off the windows are excellent. I would recommend 1st glass uk for there quality, workmanship and price, I will be definitely be having them back to do the rest of my home.

The whole task was smooth, from salesperson to completing the installation. We were updated all the way.

Will definitely use the team again as this was my second time around.

Utterly useless.
They don’t do a good job as they hire outside contractors so when things go wrong, which they did, they blame the contractors.
Avoid at all cost.
These guys will ghost you after a poor poor job.
DO NOT USE
Thanks for the reply. So if they’re employed by you then why has mark said otherwise? Not a fake review, trading standards have advised me that they’ll be in touch.
Again, this is now on the hands of trading standards due to the incorrect item and woeful workmanship. Your company also is in breach of my consumer rights. I’m not sure why now you want to contact me as youve ghosted me for months.
So, unfortunately this is the only way I can communicate with you. The owner Mr Malik will be receiving full details

Thanks for a great job
Polite staff and quality products
Tried there best to please

Thanks

Thank you to the 1st glass team with help for my new door. And a big thank you to Danny Webster who fitted the door alone and on time. Lovely guy great professional job, chatty and comfortable definitely recommend and would have him again for our next doors and windows. He turned up on time and just cracked on explaining everything to me which was great. Thank you once again 👏🏻👍🤩🥰

5/5 Stars — Fantastic service from start to finish!
We had our new windows/doors installed by 1stGlass, and the whole experience was smooth. The team arrived right on time, worked quickly, and kept everything neat and tidy while they were here. Communication was clear from the quote to the final check, and the quality of the work is brilliant. Would definitely recommend them to anyone! Top Job from Rob & Dave our installers

The price beat a local large company who i had used previously. And I had an additional kitchen window included for several hundred pounds cheaper. The installation and quality of goods was excellent.
Highly recommended

The whole process of salesman to the measuring and fitting was a very professional experience. Due out side fire damage and security concerns the job of two windows and kitchen door was replaced in two weeks the window fitter dave done an excellent job on windows that had been there 20 odd years that had been installed while the external brick wall was built and secured into the building the old school way and needed more work to remove but was done with the skills of a 1st class installer dave. Thanks for a great job and clean up and showing the workings of the locks.

Professional service from start to finish. Could always contact them which was very important to me. I was informed every step of the way. I love my new windows and doors which were delivered and fitted by a team of fitters Rob and Dave who were professional, courteous and explained everything about how to lock and unlock windows more than once, they were very patient with me as an elderly customer. Could not recommend more. Thank you Rob and Dave and 1st Glass UK.

Our experience with 1st Glass began when I asked for a quote via Facebook. The sales guy was round our house that afternoon as he was in the area. It’s a shame but I cannot remember his name but he was a lovely guy, very polite and professional. What i loved the most about him was i did not feel pushed into buying and that sealed the deal. Then a guy came to take measurements he was also polite and professional. Then we got a phone call to get booked in, however, due to unforeseen circumstances they had to cancel our installation dates twice. We were however given plenty of notice annoying but not unreasonable.
Installation day came, we had a phone call the day before for expected time of arrival Stuart, Chris and Chris’s son turned up 9am polite, professional, courteous and hardworking kept us updated throughout took away all the rubbish and left it as clean as possible (i did tell them not to clean & hoover but as my partner states no one can do it as good as me) when they finished he told us to have a walk round and make sure everything was done to standard (id done this before they had finished the front door) really happy with the work, clean neat excellent finish. Courtesy call also following installation fab!
Highly recommend

When I first contacted them they were clear helpful and understood exactly what I needed. They provided the quote the next day which was very helpful. They arrived on the agreed day and did a professional and fantastic job. They completed the work inside and outside to a very high standard. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.

I’m really pleased with my new doors. 1st glass phoned me the day before to let me know what time they were coming to fit my new doors. The chap that came to install my new doors was called Dave he arrived on time he was very friendly and professional after fitting the doors he showed me how everything worked once the doors were fitted. He tidied up after himself and also took away the old doors and door frames. Very happy with the work and the service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend. I would of given them a 5 star but I gave them a 4 because my house alarm doesn’t work now that is the only reason for the 4star and even though my alarm isn’t working I would still recommend them.

1st Glass fitted two new doors yesterday and I am not disappointed. The Dyson brothers who fitted them were very pleasant and we had a good chat. They never stopped working to be fair. They cleaned the mess up and left a top job.in fact I am looking at some windows now.

Moved into my first home and I desperately wanted a new composite door to make me feel secure! The gentleman at 1stGlass have made it such a easy experience and I am super happy with the end product and has made me feel so much safer in my home, which is priceless! Dave who installed my door, top glass and door frame was very friendly and respectful of my home - even removed the awful old door bell!

Will definitely use 1stGlass again when it comes to replacing my other doors/windows, thank you very much!
