Good price but the customer service is poor,very slow in replying emails if they reply at all.Needs a lot of improvement compared to Amazon.If your looking for a good price go for them but if your after good customer service I will look somewhere else.At the end,I would like to also thank them that all my orders arrived in my doorstep finally.

I have tried a few online golf retailers and now won't look any further than 118. My last two purchases (Titleist Sta-Dry cart bag and Sun mountain Speedcart) have been 15% cheaper than anywhere else and believe me I have researched! 118 are always on a par with the best prices and their promotions when Rory won his majors made them a no-brainer.

Ordered some shorts. Web said in stock but when ordered with some golf balls only balls arrived. Phoned and were helpful couldn't deliver in time so gave refund. Good customer service but wish out of stock items would be mentioned on web page
