Dear WriteHuman Team,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding ongoing unauthorised charges to my account by your company.

I previously had an account with WriteHuman, but I cancelled and closed the account in February. Despite this, your company has continued to charge my card monthly without my consent.

Specifically, I have been charged every month from February 2025 to June 2025.

I do not have an active account, and I have received no service or communication from your team since my cancellation.

I demand the following immediate actions:
1. A full refund for all unauthorised charges made since February 2025.
2. Confirmation that my card details have been fully removed from your billing system.
3. Written assurance that there will be no further charges of any kind going forward.

I have attached evidence of the transactions from my bank account.

If this is not resolved within 5 working days, I will proceed to file a dispute with my bank and report this issue to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

I expect this matter to be handled urgently and professionally.

It is very much legit and worth the money. I recommend it all day long.

I was charged $27 for a WriteHuman Pro subscription on June 3rd, 2025, despite not having used the service recently and having no intention to continue. I reached out for a refund the same day, asking for the charge to be reversed and the subscription cancelled.

Unfortunately, the support team declined any refund, citing their strict no-refund policy—even though I hadn’t actively used the service. Their response felt generic and dismissive, showing no willingness to assess the situation or offer a gesture of goodwill.

I’ve used many subscription-based tools before, and most at least consider partial refunds or offer credit. Sadly, WriteHuman did not.

I don’t recommend this service to anyone expecting flexibility, fairness, or meaningful customer support.

Easy to use and very useful in my rsearch

They said I violated terms of service , and never explained exactly what happened. I didn't do anything , I bought unlimited yearly plan because I am writing a paper and this tool seemed pretty good but it is definitely a Scam, I reported on Stripe and my uncle is a lawyer in the states so I will be updating this. Also they did not reply to emails.

Do not give them your credit card information. If you try and cancel they will disappear and continue to charge you. I have been trying to get them to stop charging me for 6 months.

everything is fine but if u make a discount for students that will make u more popular among other tools.

Do not engage with this platform. I have no idea how they got my credit card information and they have been billing me for months. Even if I had accidentally signed up for a trial (which I have no recollection of) when I reached out to try and get them to stop billing me, they stopped responding. It’s been going on for months now.
