My manuscript doesn't receive any good service for 2 weeks already. Once I upload it, still it's an AI, even if I did some editing already. It's not serving what should be its purpose.

Totally scammed, I bought the ultra plan for 48 dollars and it only lasted 1 week, they told me that my plan was canceled for supposedly violating their policies and on top of that, I was only able to humanize very few times, so I don't understand, they also told me that these rats won't give me a refund.

did not change the meaning and reduce AI significantly

I have verified the AI-generated Humanised texts from ZeroGPT, and it turned out to be 80% - 90% Humanised most of the time. I have taken the monthly subscription with 600 words, and it seems to be pretty good for going paragraph by paragraph.

I paid for WriteHuman.ai because they promise to make AI text undetectable. In reality, it didn’t work, the text still showed up as AI. When I contacted support, they admitted the problem and told me they were “working on it,” but I had paid to use the service immediately.

When I asked for a refund, they refused, hiding behind a “no refund policy,” even though they sold me a service that didn’t deliver what was advertised.

I essentially paid for something that doesn’t work, and they acknowledged the issue but still kept my money. Very disappointing and I would not recommend them.

Update: After I filed a claim through Revolut, I received my refund immediately.

Would leave a 0 if I could. I used it some time ago, regularly and it was decent. I would always check the output with turnitin because that is what is used by all academic institutions. It got horrible and I left using it. I decided to try it again. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! After 14 attempts at the same paragraph, all checked with Turnitin saying 100 percent AI generated, I both cancelled and asked for a refund. Did not receive a message back so I wrote for a second time. I was Informed they do not do refunds. I believe they know their product is bad and expect that most people are going to eat the loss and not contact the BBB or their credit card company. I looked at their presence on Facebook to watch a video they posted of their content FINALLY bypassing AI detection. Like it's something that usually doesn't happen. This shows they know their product DOES NOT WORK on a regular basis.

I originally left a negative review because I was charged after forgetting to cancel my subscription and at first my refund request was declined. This left me frustrated and I shared my experience here on Trustpilot.
Afterward, Ivan, the CEO, replied to my review here. He not only made sure that my refund was processed but also assured me that they are working on improving their policy to prevent similar situations for other customers in the future. It was clear from his response that he truly values both his product and the people who use it.
I had first left the platform unhappy after previously using it productively and with satisfaction, but thanks to Ivan I now leave it on a positive note. If I need this platform again in the future, I will be able to return with confidence.

Nice! Been using writehuman for some time now, and most of the results are excellent, not only in helping with paraphrasing but also avoiding AI checks. hopefully you can maintain the good work or even better, keep upgrading.

The experience has not been good at all. It doesnt humanize anything. I hope they go back to the drawing board to fix it because the service is not good at al.

Dude, I put something I wrote in there and it said it was AI, granted I aint a good writer, but still.

I used the service for a few months, and it's good for simple stuff, but if you want to use it for anything more professional it falls apart. In addition, on the service side, I was on a rolling subscription and forgot to cancel. Did not use the program at all in the month and asked for a refund as I forgot to cancel (note I asked to cancel a few hours after I got the charge on my card). Their customer service response, sorry cannot refund due to our T&C. This tells you a lot about the company, their service and their practices.

Indeed a cash grab! accidentally charged the renewal subscription and immediately cancelled the service without using any credit. and straight away submit a ticket, as usual, no response from them.
