Great quality and customer care
Bought 3 watch straps, they are all good quality, both the leathe rand the rubber ones.
Great customer support as well, I made a mistake as I ordererd the wrong size for one of the straps and they were very quick in solving the issue at no additional cost for me so I definitely recommend them.

Excellent customer care!
The straps are really a premium quality, though what I was most impressed about was the customer care after purchasing. Johanna has been so prompt and helpful with an issue I had when UPS charged me to relieve my order. Though this is a charge imposed by UPS and not wrist buddy’s they refunded me the extra charge and have made a an exchange on one of my straps.
Dealing with such good customer care has been a breath of fresh air! I will definitely use wrist buddy’s again due to Johanna’s aftercare!

The delivery did not contain all parts…
The delivery did not contain all parts I ordered. Complaining this, they mentioned I can be happy, because they will sent it without delivery costs.
Wow; so if you are not "happy" like me, they forget parts and then they bill you the additional delivery costs ....

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. This is certainly not how we want our customers to feel. To clarify, we are based in Europe, and we always cover the full cost of shipping for any missing items. There are no additional fees for replacement deliveries. It’s possible there may be some confusion with another company or a misunderstanding, but rest assured, we do not charge for shipping on replacements.
While we strive for perfection, with around 5,000 packages shipped each month, mistakes can occasionally happen. Approximately 5 out of those 5,000 orders might have an issue, and while we work hard to reduce that number to zero, human error can still occur.
We see that we’ve already sent out a new package with the missing items, and we hope you’re happy with it. If there’s anything else we can do to improve your experience or assist you further, please let us know. We’d love the chance to turn this experience around and welcome you back as a happy customer.
